Abstract
本实用新型属于电子连接技术领域，提供一种带排线IC卡座连接装置。这种带排线IC卡座连接装置，包括由底座和上盖构成的绝缘本体及安装在绝缘本体上的至少一组接触端子和至少一组开关端子，所述接触端子固定于连接板中并与排线连接，所述开关端子装配于连接板，连接板设置于底座中。根据本实用新型的带排线IC卡座连接装置，接触端子结构嵌入式注塑成型于连接板中，加工方便，尺寸及外形稳定；接触端子焊脚整齐化一均匀排列，SMT式焊接，此点更方便于焊接动作；接触端子结构嵌入式注塑成型后留下至少十二个碰穿孔，为后续工位提供很大方便，如组装开关端子后弯脚焊线，与底座组装提供铆合位置等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子连接装置，尤其涉及一种可用在机顶盒、家电、金融、电子通讯、水电气三表行业中的可插设芯片卡等记忆存储卡的带排线IC卡座连接装置。
背景技术
IC卡(Integrated Circuit Card，集成电路卡)具有存储电路或其它电子程序形式的作用，而IC卡阅读器是用于阅读存储在IC卡中的信息或访问IC卡的存储器。IC卡的用途非常广泛，包括视频摄像机、智能电话、音乐播放器、ATM、有线电视解码器、玩具、游戏、PC适配器等电子及水电气三表。IC卡插入IC卡阅读器中时需要带排线IC卡座连接装置，而现有技术的带排线IC卡座连接装置都以组装两排端子为主，并在有焊接排线类的装置都须以PCB板焊接辅助完成，这样除增加了带排线IC卡座连接装置的成本外还使其制程复杂化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种带排线IC卡座连接装置。
为实现以上目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种带排线IC卡座连接装置，包括由底座和上盖构成的绝缘本体及安装在绝缘本体上的至少一组接触端子和至少一组开关端子，其特征在于：所述接触端子固定于连接板中并与排线连接，所述开关端子装配于连接板，连接板设置于底座中。
在一种优选的技术方案中，所述连接板与底座连接位的后部还设有防尘门。
所述接触端子嵌入式注塑成型于连接板中。
所述接触端子为一体式结构，两端上设有注塑定位孔。
所述接触端子与排线焊接。
本实用新型的有益效果：接触端子结构嵌入式注塑成型于连接板中，加工方便，尺寸及外形稳定；接触端子焊脚整齐化一均匀排列，SMT式焊接，此点更方便于焊接动作；接触端子结构嵌入式注塑成型后留下至少十二个碰穿孔，为后续工位提供很大方便，如组装开关端子后弯脚焊线，与底座组装提供铆合位置等。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图3，一种带排线IC卡座连接装置，包括上盖10、开关端子20、连接板30、防尘门40、弹簧50、连接端子60、底座70及排线80，上盖10及底座70互相扣合构成绝缘本体，接触端子60嵌入式注射成型于连接板30中，开关端子20装配于连接板30中，排线80与接触端子60焊接。连接板30与底座70连接处的后部卡接有防尘门40，其间设有弹簧50。
接触端子60为一体式冲压成型结构，包括本体61、连接片62、两排接触脚63、两排注塑定位孔65及尾带64，注塑定位孔65的孔径为1mm。制备时，注塑定位孔65定位于成型模具上，采用嵌入式注塑成型固定于连接板30中，然后折去尾带24，再与排线80焊接。接触端子60嵌入式注塑成型于连接板30后，形成有至少十二个碰穿孔，即两个开关端子组装孔、六个绝缘本体相关组装孔以及四个所述接触端子导电接触部件避位孔，为后续工位提供很大方便，如组装开关端子后弯脚焊线，与底座组装提供铆合位置等。
排线80以1.27mm间距芯线焊接并固定于连接板30中的1.27mm间距的接触端子60上面。

1.一种带排线IC卡座连接装置，包括由底座和上盖构成的绝缘本体及安装在绝缘本体上的至少一组接触端子和至少一组开关端子，其特征在于：所述接触端子固定于连接板中并与排线连接，所述开关端子装配于连接板，连接板设置于底座中。
2.根据权利要求权1所述的带排线IC卡座连接装置，其特征在于：在所述连接板与底座连接位的后部还设有防尘门。
3.根据权利要求权1或2所述的带排线IC卡座连接装置，其特征在于：所述接触端子嵌入式注塑成型于连接板中。
4.根据权利要求权3所述的带排线IC卡座连接装置，其特征在于：所述接触端子为一体式结构，两端上设有注塑定位孔。
5.根据权利要求权1或2所述的带排线IC卡座连接装置，其特征在于：所述接触端子与排线焊接。
