[0002] 钢瓶是贮存高压氧气、煤气、石油液化气等的钢制瓶,钢瓶的安全储存和运输气体钢瓶一般盛装永久气体、液化气体或混合气体气体,因为钢瓶的特殊性,对于钢瓶管理有严格的规定,为了保证钢瓶能安全使用,确保其强度与密封性能可靠,一般采用比工作压力高一些进行水压试验,由水是不可压缩性的,因此用其作介质进行试验,不可能发生爆炸,要求试验时排尽空气,试验往往采用逐步升高法,边试边检查设备的变形情况、泄漏情况,到试验压力后要就保压一定时间,因此钢瓶的水压试验对于钢瓶安全性非常重要,目前也没有专门一款针对钢瓶水压试验的装置。
