Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组,应用于不宜采用回风的环境或需要温湿度独立控制而专门设计的一种特殊用途的除湿机组。带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组,包括前级表冷器和后级制冷剂直接蒸发的水源+空气源热泵调温除湿系统,所述水源+空气源热泵调温除湿系统为水源和空气源串联安装,且其中水源换热器为配带载冷换热器进行调温的装置,载冷换热器与其一并安装在组合式机架内。可以实现制冷、除湿、调温、制热等功能。结构上采用组合式结构,分为上下两层,下层是新风处理系统,上层是排风处理系统,集成度高、安装方便。
Description
带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组技术领域[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种新型的带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组,具体是 夏季采用双冷源对全新风进行深度除湿和制冷,冬季启动热泵系统对新风进行加热,春秋 季节启动载冷换热器对全新风进行调温除湿,属于制冷机械领域。背景技术[0002] 全新风除湿机主要应用于需要大量引进新风,但又不希望增加空调房间冷、湿负 荷的场所,要求机组在新风温度较宽的范围内都可以精确控制出风的干球温度和露点温 度,特别适用于医疗卫生领域、军工、化工、放射性实验室、动物实验室、油漆车间等有除湿、 温度要求但不允许采用回风的场所。[0003] 全新风除湿机处理的全部是室外新风,采用直送直排的方式,属于直流式空气处 理系统。传统的处理方式是用冷热水机组加空气处理机组来实现的,空气处理机组一般布 置冷(热)水盘管和辅助加热装置;其缺点是基于全新风除湿需要的冷水温度很低,制冷机 组效率很差;特别在梅雨季节,温度不高湿度特别大的时候,全新风既需要制冷除湿又需要 再热,此时降低能耗成了关键问题。[0004] 目前,市场上应用最广泛的是普通型CT除湿机,这是一种带有风冷和水冷2个冷 凝器的调温除湿机,对于夏季高温高湿的全新风,普通型除湿机不能满足这种环境的除湿 要求:普通型除湿机没有足够的冷量将新风露点温度控制在llg/kg以下送风,所以往往采 用两级普通型除湿机串联的方式进行除湿,为达到深度除湿的目的前级除湿机的制冷量往 往设计偏大,因而这种串联工作的方式往往会带来许多问题:随着全新风状态点的变化, 前后级除湿机工作负荷变化较大,对露点温度的控制也较难,且处于下游的后级除湿机进 风温度低,蒸发器工作效率低,导致整机的工作状态差,常会出现因蒸发器结霜而停机的现 象,因而给系统的设计和运行带来诸多不便。[0005] 双冷源全新风除湿机国内有几家单位正在开发,在节能的基础上功能和实现方式 各有偏长;有的采用热泵回收能量,但缺乏空气再热对送风温度的调节功能,特别是对湿度 较大的过渡季节应用有所局限;有的具有空气再热对送风温度调节的功能,但又无法实现 冬季的热泵回收。实用新型内容[0006] 本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足之处,提出了一种新型的带载冷换热器的双冷 源全新风热泵除湿机组:夏季采用双冷源对全新风进行深度除湿和制冷,冬季启动热泵系 统对新风进行加热,春秋季节启动载冷换热器对全新风进行调温除湿。[0007] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:[0008] 一种带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组,包括前级表冷器和后级制冷剂 直接蒸发的空气源热泵调温除湿系统及水源换热系统,所述空气源热泵调温除湿系统与所 述水源换热系统串联,且其中水源换热系统配置有载冷换热器,该载冷换热器一并安装在组合式机架内。[0009] 所述载冷换热器嵌套在水源换热系统中的水源换热器上,其载冷剂循环回路由水 源换热器、电磁阀、载冷换热器、循环水泵、水源换热器依次连接构成。[0010] 所述空气源热泵调温除湿系统与所述水源换热系统串联形成制冷循环回路及制 热循环回路;所述制冷循环回路由压缩机、四通阀、水源换热器、排风换热器、制热分液头、 第一单向阀、储液器、过滤器、热泵膨胀阀、第二单向阀、制冷分液头、新风换热器、四通阀、 气液分离器、压缩机依次连接构成;所述制热循环回路由压缩机、四通阀、新风换热器、制冷 分液头、第三单向阀、储液器、过滤器、热泵膨胀阀、第四单向阀、制热分液头、排风换热器、 水源换热器、四通阀、气液分离器、压缩机依次连接构成。[0011] 所述压缩机和气液分离器之间安装低压表,在压缩机和四通阀之间安装高压表, 在低压表和高压表之间安装压力控制器。[0012] 所述排风换热器的出口处安装有排风机;所述新风换热器和载冷换热器的出口处 安装有送风机。[0013] 在所述排风换热器的进口处安装有电动风量调节阀。[0014] 有益效果:[0015] 本实用新型包括前级冷(热)水表冷器和后级制冷剂直接蒸发的水源+空气源热泵 调温除湿系统,双冷源两级接力可有效实现最低9°C的低露点控制。后级的水源换热器(嵌 套载冷换热器)和空气源串联的热泵系统,可以实现制冷、除湿、调温、制热等功能。为适应 节能和环保的要求,夏季制冷采用冷凝、冬季制热采用热泵技术回收回风的能量后排出,过 渡季节采用冷凝调节送风温度,大大提高了机组的能效比。[0016] 本实用新型特别适合特别适用于医疗卫生领域、军工、化工、放射性实验室、动物 实验室、油漆车间等有除湿、温度要求但不允许采用回风的场所。[0017] 附图说明:[0018] 图1是本实用新型的流程结构示意图。[0019] 其中:1、压缩机;2、低压表;3、液分离器;4、压力控制器;5、高压表;6、四通阀;7、 第四单向阀;8、第二单向阀;9、膨胀阀;10、过滤器;11、储液器;12、第一单向阀;13、第三 单向阀;14、电动风量调节阀;15、排风换热器、16、排风机;17、制热分液器;18、表冷器;19、 制冷分液器;20、新风换热器;21、水源换热器;22、循环水泵;23、载冷换热器;24、电磁阀; 25、送风机;26、组合式机架。[0020] 具体实施办法:[0021] 如图所示,本实用新型设计的带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组,当机 组启动降温除湿时,夏季双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组工作时,由前级冷(热)水表冷器对新 风预冷后,再通过后级制冷剂直接蒸发的空气源热泵系统或水源换热器(带动载冷换热器) +空气源热泵调温除湿系统进行深度除湿和制冷,冷凝热一则单独通过排风换热器排出,一 则部分通过载冷换热器加热送风温度后送出和部分通过排风换热器排出,双冷源两级接力 可有效实现最低9°C的低露点控制。[0022] 当机组启动调温除湿时,春秋季节带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组工 作时,前级冷(热)水表冷器停止工作,后级制冷剂直接蒸发的水源+空气源热泵系统启动制 冷循环,与此同时水源换热器带动载冷换热器启动,进行调温,在机组上层排风换热器的进口处安装有电动风量调节阀。在启动调温除湿系统进行除湿时,调节电动风量调节阀,改变 通过排风换热器的风量,影响冷凝热在排风换热器和水源换热器之间的分配,达到调节送 风温度的目的。[0023] 当机组启动制热时,冬季带载冷换热器的双冷源全新风热泵除湿机组工作时,由 前级冷(热)水表冷器对新风预热后,后级制冷剂直接蒸发的空气源热泵系统(水源部分不 工作)启动热泵制热,同时关闭电动风量调节阀,让回风全部通过排风换热器进行最大的能 量回收。[0024] 前级冷(热)水表冷器,夏季通冷水,冬季通热水,春秋季节关闭,为了提高冷、热水 机组的效率,可适当提高冷水供水温度至12_15°C和降低热水供水温度至30-35°C。[0025] 后级水源+空气源热泵系统运行于制冷工况时,四通阀启动制冷设定;运行于制 热工况时,四通阀启动制热设定,水源部分不工作,电动风量调节阀完全关闭,让回风全部 通过排风换热器进行最大的能量回收。[0026] 系统运行调温除湿时,电磁阀、循环水泵开启,电动风量调节阀根据送风工况要求 进行开度调节,水源换热器通过载冷换热器的运行,分担部分冷凝热,实现除湿后升温;系 统运行降温除湿时,电磁阀、循环水泵关闭,电动风量调节阀完全开启,冷凝热全部由排风 换热器承担。[0027] 结构上采用组合式结构,机架分为上下两层,下层是新风处理系统,上层是排风处 理系统,集成度高、安装方便。[0028] 压缩机采用涡旋式压缩机,水源换热器采用板式换热器,其他换热器采用铜管铝 翅片形式。[0029] 控制部分,采用PLC,智能控制,触摸式中英文显示人机界面。
