Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种净化矿井排风风流中携带的粉尘的湿式共振栅风井排风口除尘装置。本实用新型包括与高压水泵连接的供水管,供水管进入矿井主通风机的出风段风道后,在风道截面上布置成高压供水管网,在高压供水管网上均匀设置有若干个高压喷头;在高压供水管网下风侧的风道载面上与之平行设置有共振栅,所述高压喷头对着共振栅;在共振栅的下风侧的风道截面上设置有挡水板,在共振栅下面附近的地面设置有带存水湾的排水沟;挡水板之后的风道连接通向风井井口并与出风段风道垂直的扩散塔;在出风段的风道上还设有检修门。本实用新型简单实用,占用空间小,阻力小、造价低,易于维护,适用于煤矿及非煤矿井的排风除尘。
Description
—种湿式共振栅风井排风口除尘装置技术领域[0001] 本实用新型属于矿井通风除尘设备,具体涉及一种净化矿井排风风流中携带的粉 尘的湿式共振栅风井排风口除尘装置。背景技术[0002] 矿井井下开采时的爆破、装载及运输作业过程中产生大量粉尘,这些粉尘随着矿 井通风风流会排到地面,其颗粒物浓度高达800mg/m3以上,严重污染地面环境,造成大气污 染物浓度超标。目前,我国现行的大气污染物综合排放标准对颗粒物允许的排放的最高浓 度限值为150mg/m3,矿井排风风流中的颗粒物浓度普遍超标,需要进行治理。[0003]目前,我国矿井对排风过程中携带的粉尘处理措施主要采用洒水降尘、喷雾降尘 等措施,但效果不明显,主要存在如下问题:(1)井下水源有限,矿井范围大,从地面供水 困难;(2)井下水源水质含杂质多,易堵塞喷嘴;(3)喷雾降尘的污水污染井下生产环境;[4]喷雾降尘效率不高,特别是对颗粒较小的呼吸性粉尘效率低。尽管可采用除尘设备除 尘的方法提高除尘效率,如旋风除尘器、袋式除尘器、电除尘器等,但由于矿井排风量大,粉 尘浓度高,同时有爆炸性的瓦斯气体存在,除尘器的体积庞大,阻力高,一般除尘器阻力在 IOOOPa作用,对矿井通风系统有较大的影响,不宜在矿井排风风流中使用。因此,有必要发 明一种阻力小、除尘效率高、简单方便、适合于矿井风井排风口除尘的装置,减少矿井排风 风流中的颗粒物对大气环境的影响,使之符合国家大气污染物综合排放标准。发明内容[0004] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、阻力小、易于维护的湿式共振栅风井 排风口除尘装置。[0005] 本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的的:该湿式共振栅风井排风口 除尘装置,它包括与高压水泵连接的供水管,供水管进入矿井主通风机的出风段风道后,在 风道截面上布置成高压供水管网,在高压供水管网上均匀设置有若干个高压喷头;在高压 供水管网下风侧的风道载面上与之平行设置有共振栅,所述高压喷头对着共振栅;在共振 栅的下风侧的风道截面上设置有挡水板,在共振栅下面附近的地面设置有带存水弯的排水 沟;挡水板之后的风道连接通向风井井口并与出风段风道垂直的扩散塔;在出风段的风道 上还设有检修门。[0006] 更具体地说,所述共振栅是由一定尺寸的框架被直径为O. 3〜O. 5mm的不锈钢丝 纺成的中间留有一定间隙的弦栅。[0007] 所述挡水板是采用W型波纹多棱挡水板。[0008] 本实用新型的工作原理是:由高压水泵、高压供水管网及高压喷头产生的水雾喷 向共振栅,其作用是使栅弦间隙形成水膜,更好地与粉尘结合凝并增大,同时在弦栅上形成 下降水流,清洗被弦栅捕集的粉尘。弦栅间隙可以简化为直径相等的多个毛细管,水滴在毛 细压力的作用下产生毛细管湿润,形成柱状水膜。气流通过静止的弦栅,使水在钢弦上的存在形式发生变化。首先,钢弦之间的水膜在气流的作用下发生变形,水膜的中部变薄,然后 水膜被气流冲破,破裂后的水膜在毛细压力的作用下收缩在钢弦表面,钢弦表面覆盖一薄 层水膜;钢弦在风流旋涡的影响下产生的振动,同时,气流绕流弦栅时,旋涡脱落频率与钢 弦固有频率产生同步效应,导致弦栅共振;当湿润的弦栅产生共振时,弦间隙的形状也发生 变化。由于弦栅的振型为正弦波型,钢弦间隙将大于、等于或小于原来的钢弦间隙,此时,由 于连续喷雾,钢弦间隙又充满水膜,水膜的形状与钢弦间隙的形状相同。然后,气流又将钢 弦之间的部分水膜吹破。破裂后的水膜在毛细压力的作用下,在弦栅的弯曲处形成凹液面 粘附在弦上,不断捕获凝并粉尘。这样,一部分尘粒或尘团被弦栅过滤捕获,吸附在钢弦上 的水滴,因自重而下降,形成下降水流,能清洗被弦栅捕集的粉尘。含尘气流通过水雾和弦 栅的共同作用而被过滤净化。挡水板采用W型波纹多棱挡水板,弦栅过滤后仍有一部分含 尘水雾,需要进行脱水,W型波纹多棱挡水板是采用惯性原理,改变含尘水雾流动方向,尘雾 被分离出来,不仅再一次起到了除尘的作用,同时排出的清洁空气不含水雾。[0009] 本实用新型的湿式共振栅风井排风口除尘装置可以在矿井排风流道上进行设置, 去除矿井排风流中的粉尘,减少矿井排风风流中的颗粒物对大气环境的影响。本装置设备 简单实用,占用空间小,阻力小、造价低,易于维护,适用于煤矿及非煤矿井的排风除尘。附图说明[0010] 图1是本实用新型的侧面结构示意图。[0011] 图2是图1的俯视图。具体实施方式[0012] 下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。[0013] 参见图1、图2,本实施例中,在矿井主通风机I产生的负压作用下从矿井抽出含尘 气流,在矿井主通风机I的出风段设置连接高压水泵的供水管2 ;连接高压水泵的供水管2 进入风道后,在风道断面上布置成高压供水管网3 ;在高压供水管网3上均匀设置若干个高 压喷头4 ;在高压供水管网3下风侧I米的距离的风道截面上设置与之平行的共振栅5 ;在 共振栅5下风侧I米的距离的风道截面上设置W型波纹多棱挡水板6 ;在共振栅5下面附 近的地面设置带存水弯的排水沟7,存水弯的作用是为了防止气流从排水沟排出;被净化 后的风流经扩散塔9排到大气;为方便检修,在风道上设置了检修门8。[0014] 本实用新型的实施过程是:矿井主通风机I抽出井下含尘空气,在矿井主通风机I 的出风段一定位置截面上的连接高压水泵的供水管2向高压供水管网3供水,安装在高压 供水管网3上若干个闻压喷头4喷出水雾,闻压水雾喷向共振栅5,在喷向共振栅5的过程 中,一方面水雾与粉尘结合凝并,另一方面,水雾在共振栅5上的栅弦间隙形成水膜,喷雾 和气流绕流弦栅时,导致弦栅共振,更好地与粉尘结合凝并增大,同时在弦栅上形成下降水 流,洗被弦栅捕集的粉尘后流入带存水弯的排水沟7,含尘气流通过水雾和弦栅的共同作用 而被过滤净化,共振栅过滤后的部分含尘水雾经W型波纹多棱挡水板6脱水,尘雾被分离出 来,不含水雾的清洁空气通过扩散塔9排向大气。本系统需要检修时,可从检修门8进入。[0015] 本说明书中所描述的以上内容仅仅是对本实用新型结构所作的举例说明。对本实 用新型所描述的具体实施方案做出的各种修改、补充,或者采用类似的方式代替,只要不偏离本实用新型的结构,或者不超越本权利要求书所定义的范围,均应属于本实用新型的保 护范围。

1. 一种湿式共振栅风井排风口除尘装置,其特征在于:它包括与高压水泵连接的供水管,供水管进入矿井主通风机的出风段风道后,在风道截面上布置成高压供水管网,在高压供水管网上均匀设置有若干个高压喷头;在高压供水管网下风侧的风道载面上与之平行设置有共振栅,所述高压喷头对着共振栅;在共振栅的下风侧的风道截面上设置有挡水板,在共振栅下面附近的地面设置有带存水弯的排水沟;挡水板之后的风道连接通向风井井口并与出风段风道垂直的扩散塔;在出风段的风道上还设有检修门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿式共振栅风井排风口除尘装置,其特征在于:所述共振栅是由一定尺寸的框架被直径为O. 3〜O. 5mm的不锈钢丝纺成的中间留有一定间隙的弦栅。
