本实用新型公布了一种过滤器，包括外壳体、密封端盖以及设置于外壳体内的滤筒，所述外壳体上设置进口和出口，进口内进料管通过进料管弯头与滤筒连接，滤筒内设置滤网。本实用新型结构简单实用，节约了成本，过滤效果相比原有的过滤器更佳。

本实用新型涉及一种管道过滤器。
背景技术
在用户的实际生产过程中有的介质是有酸或者碱等有腐蚀性的介质，过滤器材料就必须要用到非金属材料比如FRPP、PP、PPH、UPVC、CPVC、PVDF等等。用了非金属材料以后，设备制造工艺如果还是按照原来金属的那样一样的话，因为材料的原因，过滤部件的结构就会有很大的缺陷。就会有内部过滤部件连接不合理的现象，滤筒连接处就会产生漏料，就会有很多物质没有经过过滤就直接从滤网外面流出了，严重影响了过滤效果。
原来金属的过滤网结构采用类似于闸板滤网的形式，如果材料采用非金属以后这个形式的滤板丝网就无法固定牢固，就容易脱落。

本实用新型目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种过滤器。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型一种过滤器，包括外壳体、密封端盖以及设置于外壳体内的滤筒，所述外壳体上设置进口和出口，进口内进料管通过进料管弯头与滤筒连接，滤筒内设置滤网。
优选地，进料管和外壳体之间设置截流挡板，所述截流挡板与进料管弯头对应设置。
优选地，所述滤筒为FRPP或PP或PPH或UPVC或CPVC或PVDF滤筒。
优选地，所述滤网采用PP或者聚四氟乙烯或者PVDF。
优选地，所述滤筒与外壳体材料一致。
本实用新型结构简单实用，节约了成本，过滤效果相比原有的过滤器更佳。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种过滤器，包括外壳体1、密封端盖2以及设置于外壳体1内的滤筒5，所述外壳体1上设置进口3和出口4，进口3内进料管通过进料管弯头7与滤筒5连接，滤筒5内设置滤网6。
优选地，进料管和外壳体1之间设置截流挡板8，所述截流挡板8与进料管弯头7对应设置。
优选地，所述滤筒为FRPP或PP或PPH或UPVC或CPVC或PVDF滤筒。
优选地，所述滤网6采用PP或者聚四氟乙烯或者PVDF。
优选地，所述滤筒5与外壳体1材料一致。
本实用新型采用内部弯头的形式导入液体至滤筒，经过过滤后的液体通过滤筒与外壳体之间的空隙经过出口流出。

1.一种过滤器，包括外壳体（1）、密封端盖（2）以及设置于外壳体（1）内的滤筒（5），其特征在于所述外壳体（1）上设置进口（3）和出口（4），进口（3）内进料管通过进料管弯头（7）与滤筒（5）连接，滤筒（5）内设置滤网（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器，其特征在于进料管和外壳体（1）之间设置截流挡板（8），所述截流挡板（8）与进料管弯头（7）对应设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器，其特征在于所述滤筒（5）为FRPP或PP或PPH或UPVC或CPVC或PVDF滤筒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器，其特征在于所述滤网（6）采用PP或者聚四氟乙烯或者PVDF。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种过滤器，其特征在于所述滤筒（5）与外壳体（1）材料一致。
