背景技术
在对压榨菜籽油进行精炼处理时，均需要对菜籽油进行长时间的沉淀处理，以析出油脚，提高菜籽油的纯度。但是传统的沉淀罐或者沉淀池结构简单，进出油操作不便，而且在清理沉淀后的油脚时十分费时。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理、清理油脚方便的菜籽油精炼沉淀罐。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种菜籽油精炼沉淀罐，包括上部圆柱形罐体和下部圆锥形罐体，所述圆柱形罐体的下缘焊接有三通管接头，所述三通管接头的上端通过控制阀一与进油管连通、下端通过控制阀二与出油管连通、侧端与圆柱形罐体连通，所述圆锥形罐体的下端设置有排渣口和控制阀三。
作为优选，所述圆柱形罐体下缘连接有竖直支脚。
作为优选，所述圆柱形罐体下缘设置有计量器。
本实用新型菜籽油精炼沉淀罐，通过将罐体上部设计为圆柱形，下部设计为圆锥形，可以更好地沉淀、收集和排放菜籽油中的油脚，通过对控制阀一、控制阀二和控制阀三的操作，可以快速完成进油、出油、排出油脚等工序，操作十分方便，大大提高了生产效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型菜籽油精炼沉淀罐，包括上部圆柱形罐体1和下部圆锥形罐体2，所述圆柱形罐体1的下缘焊接有三通管接头3，所述三通管接头3的上端通过控制阀一4与进油管5连通、下端通过控制阀二6与出油管7连通、侧端与圆柱形罐体1连通，所述圆锥形罐体2的下端设置有排渣口8和控制阀三9。当需要向罐体内输入菜籽油时，只需关闭控制阀二6和控制阀三9、打开控制阀一4即可；当需要输出沉淀完的菜籽油时，关闭控制阀一4和控制阀三9、打开控制阀二6即可；当需要排放沉淀的油脚时，打开控制阀三9即可。
如图1所示，本实用新型菜籽油精炼沉淀罐中，圆柱形罐体1下缘连接有竖直支脚10，这样便于固定和移动沉淀罐的位置。为了便于观测罐体内的油液深度，在圆柱形罐体1下缘设置有计量器11。

2.根据权利要求1所述的菜籽油精炼沉淀罐，其特征在于：所述圆柱形罐体（1）下缘连接有竖直支脚（10）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的菜籽油精炼沉淀罐，其特征在于：所述圆柱形罐体（1）下缘设置有计量器（11）。
