发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种在给病人进行穿刺手术时能够固定针柄避免刺破血管的介入穿刺针。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括针体和针柄，其特征是在针柄上设有与针体呈15度倾斜的斜臂，斜臂上设有固定托板，固定托板上设有粘帖板，固定托板两侧设有弹力约束带。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，在给病人进行穿刺手术时能够固定针柄避免刺破血管，减轻了医务人员的工作难度。
