Abstract
本实用新型提供一种连体炉灶，包括灶台，灶台上设置炉灶口、排水槽，排水槽中设置有下水口，下水口与下水管相连，灶台四周设置有挡板，灶台平面由后至前呈倾角。本实用新型在灶台上设置多个炉灶口，共用一个排水槽，灶台上无缝隙，污水集中排放，可有效避免污水、残渣弄湿、弄脏地面，且与使用多个单独灶台相比，其支撑脚减少，便于清洁，实用性强。

本实用新型涉及一种连体炉灶。
背景技术
酒店、食堂等餐饮场所的厨房操作间，都是由多个单独的炉灶并排在一起使用，炉灶之间放置拼台，拼台上放置调料，这样炉灶与拼台之间就存在缝隙，在操作和清洗灶台时，废水会顺着缝隙流至地面，废渣会夹在缝隙里，另外，在做清洁时，多个炉灶、拼台的支撑脚都是卫生死角，很不容易打扫干净，因此，十分影响操作间的环境；且每个炉灶均有一个排水槽，各个排水槽分别连接排水管，炉灶下方的地面上开设排水沟，废水从各个排水管流至排水沟再统一排出，排水沟每日都需要清洁，很费人工，工作人员操作时需站在排水沟的沟板上，如果沟板不够平，或损坏，加上有水渍，工作人员很容易站不稳或滑倒，安全性差。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案。
一种连体炉灶，包括灶台，灶台上设置炉灶口、排水槽，排水槽中设置有下水口，下水口与下水管相连，灶台四周设置有挡板。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点和有益效果：
1、本实用新型的灶台为一个整体，没有缝隙，因此污水和残渣不会流到地面上，保证了地面环境；且其支撑脚相对较少，没有卫生死角，便于清洁。
2、本实用新型在灶台上开设一个排水槽，集中排水，且污水直接排送至下水管道，无需在地面上开排水沟，既减少了人工又保证了工作人员的安全，实用性强。

下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型包括灶台1，灶台1上设置炉灶口2、排水槽3，排水槽3中设置有下水口，下水口与下水管相连，灶台四周设置有挡板4，灶台是倾斜的平面，排水槽设置在平面的最低处；本实施例包括6个炉灶口；炉灶口之间有间距。
操作时，在灶台之间的间距处放置调料；灶台四周的挡板会把产生的污水和残渣拦截，灶台是倾斜的平面，污水和残渣会沿着斜面流至排水槽进而排出。

1.一种连体炉灶，其特征在于：包括灶台，灶台上设置炉灶口、排水槽，排水槽中设置有下水口，下水口与下水管相连，灶台四周设置有挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连体炉灶，其特征在于：所述的灶台是倾斜的平面，排水槽设置在平面的最低处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种连体炉灶，其特征在于：包括两个以上的炉灶口。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种连体炉灶，其特征在于：炉灶口之间有间距。
