本实用新型涉及一种刀，具体涉及一种复摇割结刀。
背景技术
在传统的复摇过程中，接结咬结是一项必不可少的重要工序，接结后复摇工通常将左手食指插入两根丝条之间，将结顶在食指的指端，拇指紧靠中指压住丝条，右手紧拉另一根丝，之后用舌尖勾住丝条到结的部位，然后咬结。但是这种咬结方法虽然能把结咬断，但是咬结速度较慢，劳动强度大，咬结效率低，对于牙齿不齐的复摇工操作困难。随着设备的更新，复摇台数的增加，传统的咬结方法已经不能满足复摇工生产过程中的操作要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对背景技术中的不足，设计了一种复摇割结刀，目的在于：通过本实用新型代替传统咬结方式，解决咬结速度慢，咬结不齐，咬结效率低，劳动强度大的问题。

一种复摇割结刀，其特征在于：所述复摇割结刀包括刀口、刀身，在刀身的一端设置有弹性圈，刀口位于刀身的另一端的内口，刀口的形状为半月牙形。
所述刀身的材质为不锈钢。

所述刀身厚度为0.3-1mm。
所述弹性圈形状为圆形。

如图所示，一种复摇割结刀，所述复摇割结刀包括刀口1、刀身2，在刀身2的一端设置有弹性圈3，刀口1位于刀身2的另一端内口，刀口1的形状为半月牙形，刀身2的材质为不锈钢，刀口1的材质为不锈钢，刀身2的厚度为0.3-1mm，所述弹性圈3的形状为圆形。
复摇割结刀是将不锈钢材料按规格量好，用铁皮剪刀剪开，之后放在砂轮机上磨平并将其中一头的外口磨成半月牙形，然后再放到磨刀石上研磨，研磨后在用砂纸做进一步的加工，最后用钢丝钳将另一头做成圆形的弹性圈，便于大拇指粗细不同的人使用。
使用过程
在复摇生产过程中，复摇工将缫丝割结刀上的弹性圈3套在右手的拇指上，刀口向内，左手食指插入两根丝条之间，将结顶在食指的指端，右手拉紧，使套在拇指上的复摇割结刀靠近结的位置，之后用复摇割结刀的刀口1将接头随即割断，需要注意的是，在使用过程中若发现割结时存在毛结或者割结较钝时，此时应对复摇割结刀的刀口1用磨刀石或砂纸进行研磨，另外，因复摇割结刀的刀口1较锋利，弃丝寻丝结接时一定要注意，防止割伤丝片。不需要使用时可将复摇割结刀放入塑料盒中。
