消失模是发泡塑料粒制成的，现有技术中，浇注铁水的部分都是消失模体，也就是浇注铁水部分充满了发泡塑料粒，在浇注的过程中，发泡塑料粒变成气体溢出，塑料粒多、溢出的气体就多，这些气体会影响产品的质量，另外，使用较多的塑料粒也会造成浪费。
