本实用新型公开了一种包板机用真空吸附装置,其特征在于:包括集尘电机(1),集尘电机(1)通过气管一(2)与集尘桶(3)连接,集尘桶(3)通过气管二(4)与二位三通阀(5)连接,二位三通阀(5)通过气管三(6)与吸盘(7)连接。本实用新型利用集尘装置代替原有的真空发生器,不仅解决了极板上料时的吸附压力,而且在整个过程中处于吸气状态,将车间内空气中的铅尘吸入集尘网内,减少了铅对人体的伤害的同时使得整个包板机正常运行。

本实用新型涉及一种包板机用真空吸附装置,属于铅酸蓄电池极板包板设备技术领域。 
背景技术
在铅蓄电池制造过程中,电池极板组装步奏需要将阳极板和阴极板按照一块阴极板一块阳极板一块阴极板的顺序放置,阳极板还需要隔离纸进行隔离,在生产过程中由于极板之间的分离和摩擦,极易使极板上的铅尘脱落至空气中,而且铅尘微粒小容易在空气中漂浮,铅属于重金属对人体有剧毒,长时间与重金属铅接触容易损伤大脑中枢及周围神经系统,影响造血消化系统甚至免疫系统;铅做为重要工业原料在市场上价格相对较贵,铅污染不仅是对环境的污染也是对工业原料浪费的一种表现。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种用于包板机吸附吸盘使用的空气抽取设备,该设备不仅能取代现有的真空发生器,而且还兼有吸附车间中铅尘的作用。 
本实用新型是这样构成的:包括集尘电机(1),集尘电机(1)通过气管一(2)与集尘桶(3)连接,集尘桶(3)通过气管二(4)与二位三通阀(5)连接,二位三通阀(5)通过气管三(6)与吸盘 (7)连接。 
上述的包板机用真空吸附装置,所述集尘桶(3)内设有集尘网(8)。 
上述的包板机用真空吸附装置,所述二位三通阀(5)与压缩空气管(9)连接。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用集尘装置代替原有的真空发生器,首先避免了车间内多余的铅尘所造成的污染,使得员工操作环境得到改善;其次真空发生器在连续使用时容易被空气中的铅尘所影响,需要定时对真空发生器进行清理,否则会时真空发生器出现真空度减小或者设备损坏等问题;回收铅尘,有利于工业原料的二次利用,节约成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型通过集尘电机1产生吸力,集尘电机1通过气管一2连接集尘桶3,集尘桶3通过气管二4连接二位三通阀5,二位三通阀5通过气管三6连接吸盘7,吸盘7用于将物料架上的极板转运至操作台,二位三通阀5进气端连接压缩空气管9,集尘桶3内安装有可拆卸的集尘网8。 
工作时,将集尘电机1打开,压缩空气处于开启状态,吸取过程: 二位三通阀5将气管三6和气管二4连接,吸盘7处于吸气的状态,吸盘7将极板吸附后转换方向,将极板送至操作台侧,二位三通阀5将气管二4端口关闭,打开压缩空气管9处的端口,使得吸盘7由吸气状态转换为吹气状态,将极板轻轻的吹出,极板落到操作台上后,二位三通阀5转换为吸气状态将气管二4和气管三6连接,吸盘7回到原始位置继续下一次工作。 
整个工作状态分为吸气和吹气两个步奏,吹气步奏时间非常短,根据现场调节吹气时间可以为0.5s或更短,这样整个集尘装置大部分时间处于吸气状态,不仅在转运极板的过程中能够吸取极板上的铅尘,而且在空闲的时间也能吸取车间内空气中的铅尘污染物,铅尘在被吸取后附着在集尘桶3内的集尘网8内,只需每天更换集尘网8,将使用过的集尘网8取出回收里面的铅尘,然后将清洗过的集尘网8放入集尘桶3内即可继续工作。

1.一种包板机用真空吸附装置,其特征在于:包括集尘电机(1),集尘电机(1)通过气管一(2)与集尘桶(3)连接,集尘桶(3)通过气管二(4)与二位三通阀(5)连接,二位三通阀(5)通过气管三(6)与吸盘(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包板机用真空吸附装置,其特征在于:所述集尘桶(3)内设有集尘网(8)。
