Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,其特征是:瓶盖(6)内设有瓶盖环行锁口(7);或在瓶体(10)内设有瓶体环行锁口(12)。瓶盖环行锁口(7)或瓶体环行锁口(12)内设有泡罩型固体干燥剂。该泡罩型固体干燥剂由内而外包括固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂(4)、茶滤纸(3)、泡罩底板(1)和泡罩(5),以及吸湿孔(2);固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂(4)是一种由重量百分比为80-85%氧化硅粉和15-20%淀粉混匀、过筛、压片、烘干而成的氧化硅干燥剂。本实用新型具有干燥效果好,干燥剂不散落、无粉尘,隔离了干燥剂和药品的直接接触,不会被误当成药品吃。可广泛应用于各种药物干燥。

Description

一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,属于药品包装技术领域。
背景技术
药品作为一种关系到人类健康的特殊商品,在生产、包装、运输、使用等每个环节都是有特殊的安全要求的,其中包装环节中对干燥剂的要求更是非常严格。该行业中目前使用的干燥剂是药用硅胶干燥剂,采用固体纸袋包装,或采用开有无数小孔的塑料小瓶包装。上述硅胶不可降解,而且可塑性差,所以包装和装瓶都离不开人手(先将干燥剂置于包装袋或瓶内,然后把包装好的干燥剂再置于药瓶中,共两个生产环节),众所周知,手工接触,容易造成二次污染,而且有少量散落。上述硅胶干燥剂的吸湿能力差,尤其是99%相对湿度下吸湿时间仅为24小时就达到饱和,硅胶失效。
为此专利号为200710094046.4的中国实用新型专利“氧化硅干燥剂及其生产方法”公开了一种由80-85%的氧化硅粉和15-20%淀粉组成的固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂。该产品是以天然的二氧化硅为原料,无毒、无嗅,具有强烈的吸附能力;吸湿饱和后不变色、不潮解、不污染。较其它类干燥剂更显著的优点是:吸湿作用持久,吸湿速率均衡,进而确保药品的质量。抗压强度佳,不散落、无粉尘,干燥剂外还裹有茶滤纸密封包装,隔离了干燥剂和药品的直接接触,大大降低粉尘尘埃粒度和微生物的污染源。但是,由于该固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的形状与药品类似,将干燥剂与药品同时放置于药瓶内容易造成高龄老人和儿童的误食。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,使用本实用新型的药瓶可有效防止高龄老人和儿童的误食,提高了药品使用的安全性。
本实用新型,减少了包装环节,使包装过程一步到位,使药品安全、有效、均一性得到更好的体现。与现有的药品包装技术(干燥剂置于纸袋或瓶内,然后把整个纸袋干燥剂或瓶装干燥剂再置于药瓶中,共两个生产环节)相比,减少了一个生产环节,大大提高了劳动生产效率和改善了员工劳动强度和条件。
本实用新型包括瓶盖和瓶体,瓶盖内有瓶盖螺纹,瓶体上端有与瓶盖螺纹匹配的瓶体螺纹。其结构要点是:在瓶盖螺纹与瓶盖内的顶端之间设有瓶盖环行锁口,在瓶盖环行锁口与瓶盖顶端之间安装有泡罩型固体干燥剂;或在瓶体内下端设有瓶体环行锁口,在瓶体内底端与瓶体环行锁口之间安装有泡罩型固体干燥剂;
上述泡罩型固体干燥剂由内而外包括固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂、茶滤纸、泡罩底板和泡罩,以及吸湿孔;吸湿孔穿透泡罩,吸湿孔的形状为圆形,或方形,或三角形;
上述的吸湿孔是1-8个,每个吸湿孔的孔径为1-50毫米。
上述的泡罩的形状和大小是以能将有茶滤纸的固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂包裹在内为准。
上述的泡罩底板的形状和大小是以瓶盖内的顶端的形状和大小相适应为准。厚度尺寸是与瓶盖内的顶端和瓶盖环形锁口之间的间隙一致,以便锁紧泡罩型干燥剂使其不松动不脱落为准。
上述的泡罩底板的形状和大小是以瓶体内底端的形状和大小相适应,厚度是与瓶体内底与瓶体环形锁口之间间隙一致,以便锁紧泡罩型干燥剂使其不松动不脱落为准。
上述的固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂是一种由重量百分比为80-85%氧化硅粉和15-20%淀粉混匀、过筛、压片、烘干而成的氧化硅干燥剂。
本实用新型具有如下的优点:
1.由于本实用新型由在瓶盖内或在瓶体内的底端的上面装了泡罩型固体干燥剂,而且固体干燥剂被瓶盖环行锁口或瓶体环形锁口固定,因此具有稳定在瓶内的效果,也不会被老人或儿童当成药品误食。
2.由于本实用新型由内而外由固体干燥剂、茶滤纸、泡罩底板和泡罩构成,因此保证良好的干燥效果外,使本实用新型的干燥剂抗压强度佳,不散落、无粉尘,泡罩隔离了干燥剂和药品的直接接触,大大降低粉尘尘埃粒度和微生物的污染源对药品潜在危险。
3.由于本实用新型的固体干燥剂是以天然的二氧化硅为原料制成,因此与现有的硅胶干燥剂相比无毒、无嗅,具有强烈的吸附能力;吸湿饱和后不变色、不潮解、不反渗、吸湿作用持久、吸湿速率均衡等优点。
4.本实用新型的在设计中采用在泡罩上开设吸湿孔的方法,使瓶内的药品干燥得到保证,且干燥时间长,相对湿度为99%下吸附的饱和时间在7天以后(现有的硅胶在相对湿度为99%下吸附时间仅为一天,24小时),因此给包装过程一步到位即全自动化包装提供了可靠保证。
5.由于本实用新型的固体干燥剂被环行锁口固定安装在瓶盖或瓶底,而且缓吸(相对湿度为99%下7天才吸足水分),因此,与现有的药品包装技术(干燥剂置于纸袋或瓶内,然后把整个纸袋干燥剂或瓶装干燥剂再置于药瓶中的两个生产环节)相比,减少了一个生产环节,同时还大大提高了劳动生产能力和改善员工劳动强度和条件。确保了药品不受潮失效。

具体实施方式
请看图1-5。
先根据容量为5ml到5l的圆形或方形药瓶,计量固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂4的量为0.5-500g。然后按照中国实用新型专利“氧化硅干燥剂及其生产方法”,专利号为200710094046.4的内容,将市售的80-100目的二氧化硅粉末与硅溶胶以1∶0.8-0.9的重量比混合,得到混合物,然后将混合物与淀粉以4-4.25∶0.75-1的重量比混合,并加入脱模剂硬酯酸镁,硬酯酸镁的加入量是混合物总重量的0.5~1%。过筛后压片,烘干,抽真空,得到固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂4。
在固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂4外包裹茶滤纸3,茶滤纸3为杭州新华纸业有限公司或浙江普瑞克特种纸有限公司生产的符合医药使用要求,规格为10-50g/M2的茶滤纸。
再将包裹了茶滤纸3的固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂4,采用锦州铝塑包装机械有限公司生产的DPT-190泡罩机,与PE膜热压制成一体,得到泡罩型固体干燥剂。具体压制过程是:将上述泡罩用的PE膜,按照PE热压温度进行压制成形,得到泡罩5,然后在泡罩5的圆周打穿4个对称的吸湿孔2,接着将内装包裹茶滤纸3的固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂4放进泡罩5内,再将泡罩底板1覆盖在泡罩5上,进行热封压制,得到泡罩型固体干燥剂。
上述泡罩底板1选择上海雅特赢义包装材料有限公司生产的医用纸塑PE底板。泡罩底板1的形状和大小是以瓶盖内的顶端的形状和大小相适应,厚度是与瓶体内底与瓶体环形锁口12之间间隙一致或者以瓶体内底端的形状和大小相适应为准。泡罩底板1的形状和大小是以瓶体10内底端的形状和大小相适应为准,厚度是与瓶体内底与瓶体环形锁口12之间间隙一致。
泡罩5采用湖南祁阳新五洲医药包装有限公司生产的厚度规格为10-50丝的PE膜。先在泡罩5与泡罩底板1连接处开设等距离的4个吸湿孔2,吸湿孔2的孔径以药瓶的规格大小选择为1-50毫米。
另外,将瓶盖6和瓶体9的结构形状做增设环行锁口,以满足安装泡罩型固体干燥剂之需要。具体工艺如下:
瓶盖6增设瓶盖环行锁口7的方法是:在与瓶盖螺纹9与瓶盖6内的顶端之间设有一圈突台,成为瓶盖环行锁口7,在瓶盖环行锁口7与瓶盖6顶端之间安装泡罩型固体干燥剂,因为设置了瓶盖环行锁口7,所以泡罩型固体干燥剂不会脱落。最后将安装了泡罩型固体干燥剂的瓶盖6密封后送到药品包装车间,包装药品。
瓶体10内设有一圈突台,该圈突台为瓶体环行锁口12,在瓶体10内底端与瓶体环行锁口12之间安装有泡罩固体干燥剂,由于瓶体环行锁口12的阻挡,泡罩型固体干燥剂不会脱落。最后,将安装了泡罩型固体干燥剂的瓶体10盖密封后送到药品包装车间,包装药品。

1.一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,包括瓶盖(6)和瓶体(10),瓶盖(6)内设有瓶盖螺纹(9),瓶体(10)上端的外面设有与瓶盖螺纹(9)匹配的瓶体螺纹(8),其特征是:在瓶盖螺纹(9)与瓶盖(6)内的顶端之间设有瓶盖环行锁口(7),在瓶盖环行锁口(7)与瓶盖(6)顶端之间安装有泡罩型固体干燥剂;或在瓶体(9)内下端设有瓶体环行锁口(12),在瓶体(10)内底端与瓶体环行锁口(12)之间安装有泡罩型固体干燥剂;
上述泡罩型固体干燥剂由内而外包括固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂(4)、茶滤纸(3)、泡罩底板(1)和泡罩(5),以及吸湿孔(2);吸湿孔(2)穿透泡罩(5),吸湿孔(2)的形状为圆形,或方形,或三角形;
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,其特征是:所述的吸湿孔(2)是1-8个,每个吸湿孔(2)的孔径为1-50毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,其特征是:所述的泡罩(5)的形状和大小是以能将有茶滤纸(3)的固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂(4)包裹在内为准。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,其特征是:所述的泡罩底板(1)的形状和大小是以瓶盖(6)内的顶端的形状和大小相适应为准,泡罩底板(1)厚度尺寸是与瓶盖(6)内的顶端和瓶盖环形锁口(7)之间的间隙一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固体二氧化硅片状干燥剂的药瓶,其特征是:所述的泡罩底板(1)的形状和大小是以瓶体(10)内底端的形状和大小相适应为准,厚度是与瓶体内底和瓶体环形锁口(12)之间间隙一致。
