现有的低压线圈绕线模体,多为椭圆形的柱体整体结构,中间具有安装孔。线圈在模体上绕线成型后需要将模具体去除。因绕线紧紧缠绕在模具体上,通常通过敲击和行吊拉,容易将模具和绕线体损坏,操作不方便。

本实用新型的目的是提供了低压线圈绕线模,解决低压线圈缠绕模具体上不易脱模的问题,设计简单,结构合理,通过将模具壳体分为两半,两半壳体均为一头大一头小,接触面倾斜,便于脱模。
