[0026] 所述正极筒52中穿装有负极杆53,绝缘盒体51的内壁间固定有支架压板50,支架压板50上连接有水平安装的负电极金属支架59,负极杆53的两端为螺纹端,其上端穿过负电极金属支架59后通过螺母拧紧固定,正极筒52和负极杆53共同构成电净化器5的高压电场极化层,正极筒52和负极杆53之间会形成极化电场,以对从正极筒52中通过的油烟颗粒进行极化,为了增加极化电场的强度和均匀性,所述负极杆53由内杆531和若干套接在内杆531上的外管532构成,内杆531上层叠排列有其外周带有放电齿尖的风车轮片 58,风车轮片58的两端由外管532卡紧固定,安装时,先在内杆531上套上一根外管532使得外管顶在负电极金属支架59上,然后将风车轮片58套在内杆531上并使其与外管532顶接,当然也可先不用套装外管532,使得风车轮片58直接与负电极金属支架59顶接;接着继续套入一根外管532,使其与原先套入的外管532共同顶住卡紧风车轮片58,如此重复,可在同一根内杆531上套装多个风车轮片58,最后通过螺母将位于最底端的外管532固定,当然,位于最低端的风车轮片58也可直接由螺母固定,而无需通过套装在风车轮片58下端的外管532顶紧固定;风车轮片58的外周带有放电齿尖,负极杆53通电时,因为放电齿尖的存在,使得正极筒52与负极杆53之间的电场强度较大,大大的提高了油烟颗粒的极化程度,同时相对于负极杆53,风车轮片58较负极杆53的截面积大,提高了对油污颗粒的拦截,使得有更多的油污颗粒得到充分的极化,总之,其外周带有放电齿尖的风车轮片58的设置保证了对油烟颗粒的充分极化,使得净化更彻底。
[0027] 所述绝缘盒体51内壁间架设有正、负极丝杆54、55,正、负极丝杆54、55上分别安装有正、负电极板56、57,正、负电极板56、57位于正极筒52的上方位置且呈间隔排列,正、负电极板56、57由铝板制成,其共同构成电净化器5的高压静电吸附层,当被正极筒52和负极杆53极化的油烟颗粒通过正、负电极板56、57之间的间隙时,带正电荷的油烟颗粒就会被负电极板57吸附,带负电荷的油烟颗粒就会被正电极板56吸附,通过高压电场极化层和高压静电吸附层的配合作用,电净化器5起到了净化油烟的作用。
[0028] 所述集烟罩2邻近清洗水箱4处的后侧铰接有可开启清洗水箱4的发热底板6,此处所述的后侧指的是以正在烹饪的炊事人员为观察者,清洗水箱4的后侧;发热底板6铰接于集烟罩2顶盖27的内侧壁上,所述发热底板6的另一端固定有弧形齿条7,弧形齿条7与位于主机体I和集烟罩2连接处的电机齿轮8啮合,弧形齿条7的一端焊接在发热底板6的端头上,电机齿轮8由安装在集烟罩2上邻近主机体I处的驱动电机81驱动,在驱动电机81的驱动下,电机齿轮8带动弧形齿条7动作实现发热底板6打开或闭合清洗水箱4的底部;所述集烟罩2内位于发热底板6的下方位置设有储水水箱9,储水水箱9的内底部搁置有清洗水泵10,清洗水泵10的出水端同位于集烟罩2后内壁上的进水通道21连通,进水通道21的末端安装有开闭进水通道21与清洗水箱4的进水电磁阀11,进水电磁阀11的侧边还设有出水电磁阀12,出水电磁阀12与位于集烟罩2后内壁上、通向储水水箱9的出水通道22连接,清洗水箱4中安装有水位控制器13 ;所述主机体I内腔中、清洗水箱4的上方安装有风机14,风机14固定安装在位于清洗水箱4中的隔板41上,风机14的出风口对准位于主机体I顶端的通口 15 ;还包括一磁饱和变压器16,所述磁饱和变压器16上设置有固定支架164,磁饱和变压器16通过固定支架164固定在主机体I的内壁上,当然,磁饱和变压器16也可以安装在油压净化机中的其他位置。

[0030] 在本实用新型所述的免拆洗油烟净化器处于非工作状态时,进水电磁阀11和出水电磁阀12关闭,发热底板6处于打开清洗水箱4的状态;当进行油烟净化处理时,由于风机14的存在,会使得集烟罩2内腔中形成负压,故在烹饪过程中产生的油烟通过集烟罩2上的入风口被吸入,在油烟进入集烟罩2内时,首先通过安装于集烟罩2入风口处的油烟分离网3,油烟中的40°/Γ70%左右的油烟粗颗粒被过滤分离出来;油烟进入集烟罩2中,从电净化器5的底部进入到由正极筒52和负极杆53构成的高压电场极化层,带上正电荷和负电荷的油烟颗粒紧接着进入位于高压电场极化层上方、由正、负电极板56、57构成的高压静电吸附层,在高压静电吸附层中,带正电荷的油烟颗粒被负电极板57吸附,带负电荷的油烟颗粒被正电极板56吸附,进过高压静电吸附层的油烟从电净化器5的顶端通出,并最终在风机14的作用下被从通口 15中排放到空气中,剩余的60°/Γ30%的油烟粗颗粒和油烟分子99%被电净化器5吸附净化,此时排放出的油烟是干净的空气。
[0031] 当本实用新型所述的免拆洗油烟净化机使用一段时间后需清洗时,只需轻触位于集烟罩2上的控制面板开关26,此时驱动电机81便会驱动电机齿轮8带动弧形齿条7使发热底板6关闭清洗水箱4的底部,并在发热底板6关闭清洗水箱4的底部后,控制进水电磁阀11打开进水通道21与清洗水箱4之间的流道,清洗水泵10动作将储水水箱9中的洗涤溶液抽送至清洗水箱4,清洗水箱4中的水位控制器13可控制进入清洗水箱4中的洗涤溶液的容量,使得洗涤溶液漫过电净化器5即可,然后进水电磁阀11和清洗水泵10停止工作,发热底板6进入发热工作状态将清洗水箱4中的洗涤溶液加热至合适的温度,浸泡清洗开始,一般浸泡时间为3(Γ40分钟,当设置的浸泡时间到后,出水电磁阀12打开,洗涤溶液由出水通道22排放到储水水箱9中,待洗涤溶液排尽后,发热底板6在单片微机程序的驱动下打开,同时风机14开始工作,以吹干电净化器5内部元件。
