现有车辆中通常均设置有冷却循环系统，冷却循环系统有许多管路需要相互连接，管路相互连接时需要管接头法兰，管接头法兰设置在管路端部，并设有螺栓孔，通过螺栓、螺帽进行连接，管路中装有易于挥发的冷媒，如果管路中有泄漏点，冷却循环系统就不能很好地工作。因此管接头法兰对于冷却循环系统的连接起到非常重要的作用。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种有助于可靠连接的汽车用冷却器管接头法兰。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型公开了一种汽车用冷却器管接头法兰，包括法兰本体，法兰本体设有中心孔和螺栓孔，其特征在于：所述法兰本体上的中心孔设有环状肩阶结构。

如图1、2所示，汽车用冷却器管接头法兰具有一个板状结构的法兰本体1，所述法兰本体1可以是圆形，本具体实施例中优选菱形，可以减少材料成本，所述螺栓孔2对称设置在法兰本体1的两个菱角部位上，法兰本体1的中心设有中心孔3，所述中心孔3设有环状肩阶4结构，环状肩阶4的深度最好不要超过法兰本体1整体厚度的四分之三，使得有合适的机械强度。
