一种作业入井液快速换向装置，包括：第一、二、三、四连接管，出口管，第一、二三通阀门，来液管，第一、二三通管；其整体为由连接管、三通阀门、三通管组成的管汇结构，第一连接管依次与第一三通管、第一三通阀门、第二连接管、第二三通管联接；第一三通管依次与第三连接管、第二三通阀门、第二三通管、第四连接管联接；第二三通阀门接有来液管，第一三通阀门接有出口管。本实用新型操作安全，可满足作业入井液流向转换，提高作业施工效率，降低工人的劳动强度，缩短作业周期。

作业入井液快速换向装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田井下冲砂、套铣等作业的进井液体地面换向配套工具，具体而言是一种作业入井液快速换向装置。
背景技术
随着油田开发的不断深入，作业频率不断增加。作业施工中洗井、冲砂、磨铣、充填防砂、注灰等工序都需要大量的施工入井液。在油田修井作业施工中，使用的入井液有两种循环方式。一种是反循环即从套管进入，经油管与套管环空冲击井底后，从油管返出。第二种是正循环即从油管进入，冲击井底后，从油管与套管环空返出。在作业冲砂、套铣、充填防砂等工序施工中常常需要正循环与反循环的更换，在更换过程中需要岗位工人拆装管线，即增加了职工的劳动强度又耽误了施工时间，有时还造成卡管柱的事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种作业入井液快速换向装置。
本实用新型技术方案包括：第一连接管、第二连接管、出口管、第一三通阀门、第三连接管、来液管、第二三通阀门、第一三通管、第二三通管、第四连接管；其作业入井液快速换向装置为由连接管、三通阀门、三通管组成的管汇结构，第一连接管依次与第一三通管、第一三通阀门、第二连接管、第二三通管联接；第一三通管依次与第三连接管、第二三通阀门、第二三通管、第四连接管联接；第二三通阀门接有来液管，第一三通阀门接有出口管。连接管可采用高压软管或高压金属管与高压弯头联接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：携带方便，操作安全，能够快速完成作业入井液的流向转换，有效防止卡钻事故发生，提高作业施工效率，降低岗位工人的劳动强度，缩短了作业占井周期，提高作业时效，增加原油产量。

由附图所示，作业入井液快速换向装置由第一连接管1、第二连接管2、出口管3、第一三通阀门4、第三连接管5、来液管6、第二三通阀门7、第一三通管8、第二三通管9、第四连接管10组成。其作业入井液快速换向装置为由连接管、三通阀门、三通管组成的管汇结构，第一连接管1依次与第一三通管8、第一三通阀门4、第二连接管2、第二三通管9联接；第一三通管8依次与第三连接管5、第二三通阀门7、第二三通管9、第四连接管10联接；第二三通阀门7接有来液管6，第一三通阀门4接有出口管3。使用时将第四连接管10与套管阀门12联接，套管阀门12安装在放喷管13上，第一连接管1与控制阀门11联接，通过操作第一三通阀门4、第二三通阀门7即可实现作业井的正洗与反洗。

1.一种作业入井液快速换向装置，包括：第一连接管（1）、第二连接管（2）、出口管（3）、第一三通阀门（4）、第三连接管（5）、来液管（6）、第二三通阀门（7）、第一三通管（8）、第二三通管（9）、第四连接管（10）；其特征是：所述的作业入井液快速换向装置为由连接管、三通阀门、三通管组成的管汇结构，第一连接管（1）依次与第一三通管（8）、第一三通阀门（4）、第二连接管（2）、第二三通管（9）联接；第一三通管（8）依次与第三连接管（5）、第二三通阀门（7）、第二三通管（9）、第四连接管（10）联接；第二三通阀门（7）接有来液管（6），第一三通阀门（4）接有出口管（3）。
