技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自卸式垃圾车的部件，特别涉及一种自卸式垃圾车的后支撑机构。
背景技术
自卸式汽车是装有液压举升机构，能将车箱倾斜一定角度，用于实现垃圾依靠自重能自行卸下的专用自卸运输车。自卸车在卸货时，其后部需要一个支撑机构将其支撑，防止作业时中心后移引起车辆后翻，传统的自卸式汽车直接将后支撑腿固定安装在底盘纵梁的后端，传统的后支腿不能收缩，在行车的过程中其与地面有一定的距离，但在行驶的过程中，遇到复杂路面及场地还是易出现后支撑腿触地的情况，使用不安全，另外在复杂路面及场地卸货也不安全，易出现后翻或侧翻等事故。

为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种能收缩，避免触地，安全可靠的自卸式垃圾车的后支撑机构。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种自卸式垃圾车后支撑机构，其特征在于：包括横梁(5)、支脚(1)、三角架(2)、油缸(3)、连接架(4)和油缸座(6)，所述横梁(5)下表面的左右 两端分别设有一个连接架(4)，其下表面的中部设有油缸座(6)，每个连接架(4)的下部通过销轴与一个三角架(2)上部的其中一个角铰接，每个三角架(2)上部的另一个角通过销轴与一个油缸(3)的伸缩杆铰接，所述三角架(2)下部通过销轴与支腿(1)上部铰接，所有油缸(3)的缸体安装在油缸座(6)上。
采用上述技术方案，将横梁固定在车体的底盘上，当油缸活塞杆伸出时，将三角架伸出，支脚着地，起到支撑作用。当油缸活塞杆收缩时，三角架被收起，支腿离开地面。该装置能拆卸方便，互换性强，在复杂路面及场地也能安全卸货，不会发生侧翻、后翻等事故。该支撑机构还可以用于半挂车等。
在上述技术方案中：所述连接架(4)呈三角形。

实施例1，如图2所示，本实用新型的自卸式垃圾车后支撑机构主要由横梁5、支脚1、两三角架2、两油缸3、两连接架4和油缸座6等部件组成，所述连接架4呈三角形，在底盘的后部设有加固的槽钢，横梁5通过U形连接件连接在底盘的槽钢上，拆装方便。所述横梁5 下表面的左右两端分别设有一个连接架4，其下表面的中部设有油缸座6，两油缸3的缸体安装在油缸座6上，两油缸3呈八字形分开。每个油缸3的活塞杆通过销轴与一个三角架2上部的其中一个角铰接，每个三角架2上部的第二个角通过销轴与一个连接架4的下部铰接，每个三角架2下部的第三个角通过销轴与支脚1的上部铰接。

1.一种自卸式垃圾车后支撑机构，其特征在于：包括横梁(5)、支脚(1)、三角架(2)、油缸(3)、连接架(4)和油缸座(6)，所述横梁(5)下表面的左右两端分别设有一个连接架(4)，其下表面的中部设有油缸座(6)，每个连接架(4)的下部通过销轴与一个三角架(2)上部的其中一个角铰接，每个三角架(2)上部的另一个角通过销轴与一个油缸(3)的伸缩杆铰接，所述三角架(2)下部通过销轴与支腿(1)上部铰接，所有油缸(3)的缸体安装在油缸座(6)上。
