一种光伏组件周转托盘
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种托盘,尤其是涉及一种用于光伏组件的周转托盘。 
背景技术
目前,光伏业内多数企业,车间内使用的周转托盘均是采用单层胶合板托盘,这种托盘在周转时存在着板面变形问题,在周转过程中导致每托产品最下面一块产品不合格。因此在周转时必须避免板面变形对产品的影响,现基本采用的是两个单层胶合板托盘叠加在一起使用。这种方法有很多缺点:1、两个托盘叠加使用,整托高度增加,周转时,存在安全隐患;2、要减少每托组件数量来降低高度,则会增加托盘使用量和占地面积;3、托盘搬抬、周转易造成损坏,导致托盘浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种不易产生形变、牢固耐用的周转托盘。 
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种光伏组件周转托盘,包括面板、竖木条、横木条,所述的竖木条设有多个,纵向等间隔设置在面板的背面,所述的横木条设有多个,等间隔设置在竖木条上,并与竖木条垂直。 
所述的竖木条和横木条均至少设有三个。 
所述周转托盘还包括支撑块和垫板,所述的支撑块位于横木条与竖木条的交叉点处,并固定在横木条上,所述的垫板纵向连接位于同一直线上的支撑块。 
所述的面板为胶合木板,其厚度至少为10mm。 
所述垫板为实木板或者胶合木板。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点: 
一、安全可靠:托盘自身高度低,周转时有效避免倒塌等类似事故;强度得到 加强,不易产生形变,防止最下层的光伏组件损坏。 
二、节约成本:在原来托盘上改造,可节约二分之一的托盘数量;节约产品占地面积。 
三、托盘本身牢固耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。 
实施例 
如图1~3所示,一种光伏组件周转托盘,包括面板1、竖木条2、横木条3、支撑块4和垫板5。面板1采用15mm厚的胶合木板,竖木条设有三根,纵向等间隔设置在面板1的背面,提高托盘的纵向强度。横木条3设有四根,与竖木条2垂直,并且等间隔设置在竖木条2上,提高托盘的横向强度。支撑块4设有12个,设在横木条3与竖木条2的交叉点处,垫板5设有三根,可采用实木板或者胶合木板,纵向连接位于同一直线上的支撑块4,一方面可增强托盘的强度,另一方面可以保护支撑块4。本实用新型利用增加横向、纵向的木条,使托盘在受力情况下受力更加均衡,增加了托盘的整体强度,从而起到减小托盘受力时产生变形。 

Claims (5)

1.一种光伏组件周转托盘,其特征在于,包括面板、竖木条、横木条,所述的竖木条设有多个,纵向等间隔设置在面板的背面,所述的横木条设有多个,等间隔设置在竖木条上,并与竖木条垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件周转托盘,其特征在于,所述的竖木条和横木条均至少设有三个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件周转托盘,其特征在于,所述周转托盘还包括支撑块和垫板,所述的支撑块位于横木条与竖木条的交叉点处,并固定在横木条上,所述的垫板纵向连接位于同一直线上的支撑块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件周转托盘,其特征在于,所述的面板为胶合木板,其厚度至少为10mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种光伏组件周转托盘,其特征在于,所述垫板为实木板或者胶合木板。
