与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为：采用了水母作为发光体，由于水母身体拥有的光蛋白可以在有光线的情况下吸收自然光或者灯光，在黑暗中发光的特点，使得水果盘不需要电源就能发光，节约了能源、并且造型美观，具有很好的观赏和装饰效果。
