本实用新型涉及病号裤，具体是一种可固定沙袋的脑血管造影及介入栓塞术病号裤。
背景技术
数字减影全脑血管造影（DSA）是诊断脑血管病的重要检查方法之一，也是目前评价脑血管的唯一“金标准”。临床上常经右侧股动脉插管。术后为预防患者出现局部皮下血肿，常规给予股动脉穿刺点局部加压，即使用1～1.5kg沙袋加压6～8小时。
沙袋在外科手术后用于切口压迫止血效果较好，可促进切口愈合，且无并发症发生。但经近年临床观察发现，由于沙袋只是放置在伤口上，随着患者的翻身和早期床上活动，常常会使沙袋脱落，沙袋压迫效果明显下降，甚至失去压迫作用；而且直接用沙袋压迫切口也不卫生，切口易感染；用固定带捆绑沙袋，松紧度也难以掌握。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种可固定沙袋的脑血管造影及介入栓塞术病号裤，这种病号裤能有效地解决术后沙袋压迫效果下降的缺点，明显改善了由于患者翻身、挪动造成的沙袋移位甚至滑落的不足。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：
一种可固定沙袋的脑血管造影及介入栓塞术病号裤，包括病号裤本体，与现有技术不同的是：在病号裤本体的外表面沿腹股沟方向设置一个与沙袋适配的沙袋套，其开口向裤筒外侧，沙袋套的上方设有盖布，下端的中间部位设有松紧带，松紧带一端与设在沙袋套下端中部的固定扣连接，另一端与设在盖布上端的固定扣配接。
所述沙袋套套口正面与盖布内面设有与之相匹配的魔术贴或母子扣。
所述沙袋套长22-26cm，宽15-19cm。
使用时，将沙袋装入沙袋套中，盖上盖布，将松紧带一端与沙袋套下端中部的固定扣连接，另一端绕过病患大腿与盖布上端的固定扣配接，调节松紧带松紧合适，使沙袋固定在患者的切口部位上即可。
本实用新型的优点是：使用方便、卫生，防止切口感染，沙袋固定牢固，松紧度易掌握，能有效地解决术后沙袋压迫效果下降的缺点，明显改善了由于患者翻身、挪动造成的沙袋移位甚至滑落的不足。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的阐述。
实施例：
参照图1，一种可固定沙袋的脑血管造影及介入栓塞术病号裤，包括病号裤1和设置在病号裤1外表面沿右侧腹股沟方向且与沙袋适配的沙袋套2及盖布3、松紧带5，沙袋套2长24cm，宽17cm，其开口向裤筒外侧，在沙袋套2套口正面与盖布3内面设有与之相匹配的魔术贴4，松紧带5一端与设在沙袋套2上的固定扣2-1连接，另一端绕过病患大腿根部与设在盖布3上的固定扣3-1配接。
病号裤1为侧开口式，即在裤腰右侧开口50cm，开口处采用系带相连，系带一侧与病号裤1侧开口边缘相连，另一侧距边缘约2cm，这种侧开口结构的病号裤避免了观察穿刺点时裸露病患的隐私部位，能更尊重病患的隐私；而且也方便了神志清醒的病患在床上大小便，使用时只需解开侧边系带，将便盆从侧开口处放入或取出，不必反复穿脱病患衣裤，避免因病患体位改变、牵拉血管而导致穿刺点出血的问题。另外，在病号裤1的裤腿中下部设有用于放置导尿袋的口袋，导尿袋的导尿管从病号裤正前方的开口处引出后放置在病号裤1裤腿中下部的口袋中即可，避免了病患在做检查时导尿袋随意晃动和牵拉导尿管的缺陷，实现了更安全、舒适、人性化的护理服务。

1.一种可固定沙袋的脑血管造影及介入栓塞术病号裤，包括病号裤本体，其特征是：在病号裤本体的外表面沿腹股沟方向设置一个与沙袋适配的沙袋套，其开口向裤筒外侧，沙袋套的上方设有盖布，下端的中间部位设有松紧带，松紧带一端与设在沙袋套下端中部的固定扣连接，另一端与设在盖布上端的固定扣配接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的病号裤，其特征是：所述沙袋套套口正面与盖布内面设有与之相匹配的魔术贴或母子扣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的病号裤，其特征是：所述沙袋套长22-26cm，宽15-19cm。
