Abstract

一种电池夹具,用于软包锂离子电池的化成工艺,它包括底座、可移动地设置在所述底座两端的压头,多个可移动地设置在所述底座上的夹板,在所述的夹板上开设有槽,在所述的槽内设置有加热棒,在使用时,可以将软包锂离子电池分别夹在夹板之间,然后采用压头压紧夹板,同时对夹板内的加热棒通电加热即可加热夹板,从而起到了加热软包锂离子电池的效果。这样,即可在化成的时候对软包锂离子电池进行加压加热。

本实用新型涉及一种电池夹具,主要用于软包锂离子电池的化成工艺。
[背景技术]
锂离子电池是20世纪90年代出现的绿色高能环保电池,具有能量密度高,绿色环保,无记忆效应,循环寿命长,自放电少等突出的优点,是摄像机、笔记本、移动电话的理想电源。锂离子电池成为近年来广泛的研究热点。特别是软包型锂离子电池,由于其是目前电动汽车动力电池的首选,也得到了广泛的关注。
化成是锂离子电池生产过程中的重要工序,化成时在锂离子电池负极表面形成固体电解质介面膜(SEI膜),SEI膜的好坏直接影响电池的循环寿命,稳定性,自放电性。对于软包锂离子电池而言,在化成的过程中最好还同时进行加压加热以利于软包锂离子电池的排气。但是目前为止尚未有这种装置出现。
[实用新型内容]
本实用新型的内容是:提供一种电池夹具,可以使得软包锂离子电池在化成的时候同时被加压和加热。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
一种电池夹具,用于软包锂离子电池的化成工艺,它包括底座,可移动地设置在所述底座两端的压头,多个可移动地设置在所述底座上的夹板,在所述的夹板上开设有槽,在所述的槽内设置有加热棒。
作为优选的技术方案:在所述的每个夹板上开设有两个槽。
在使用时,可以将软包锂离子电池分别夹在夹板之间,然后采用压头压紧夹板,同时对夹板内的加热棒通电加热即可加热夹板,从而起到了加热软包锂离子电池的效果。这样,即可在化成的时候对软包锂离子电池进行加压加热。

如图1所示意:一种电池夹具,用于软包锂离子电池的化成工艺,它包括底座1、可移动地设置在所述底座两端的压头2,多个可移动地设置在所述底座1上的夹板3,在所述的夹板3上开设有两个槽4,在所述的槽4内设置有加热棒5。
图2为电池夹具的使用状态示意图,将软包电池单体6依次插入夹板3之间,移动压头2,通过挤压夹板3来进行对软包电池单体6的加压,同时加热棒5通电,对软包电池单体6进行加热。
