[0001] 本实用新型属石油机械领域,特别涉及到刚性直管。
背景技术
[0002] 刚性直管是目前石油化工、航天航海领域液、气路配管中最常用的部件,具有结构简单,拆卸方便,承压能力高等特点。其结构原理是通过焊接、锻造、密封螺纹等连接形式将由壬与管材组合起来,配合由壬密封圈,便可以用来输送高压流体。目前常采用的几种刚性直管主要有以下几种缺陷:焊接式由壬刚性直管对焊缝质量要求高,工艺复杂,锻造整体式直管的长度有限,长度太长不利于毛坯锻造和后期机加工;密封螺纹式由壬刚性直管承压能力有限,按标准一般不能高于70MPa,而且长时间使用,螺纹容易因为磨损而泄露,造成危险或经济损失。因此,需要设计出一种新型的刚性直管来克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型之目的是在于提出一种新型的采用非压力密封由壬式的刚性直管,该直管结构简单但连接牢固,直管长度根据需要任意取长,能够满足现有的要求。

[0012] 本实用新型装配时,先将翼形螺母4、弹簧挡圈6套进直管3后,然后将公由壬5、母由壬2通过螺纹与直管3紧密结合,直管3贯穿公由壬5、母由壬2后端面凸出约2〜3_,经过处理后,直管3端面与公由壬5、母由壬2端面平齐,在母由壬2装入由壬密封圈1,翼形螺母4放置在公由壬5表面,将弹簧挡圈6装入公由壬5表面的凹槽内,本实用新型便装配完成。[0013] 工作时,在其他由壬挤压下,由壬密封圈I与直管3和公由壬5、母由壬2的由壬公共端面间隙减小,由壬密封圈I表面的多道凹槽与直管3完成密封,隔离压力进入直管3和公由壬5、母由壬2旋合的螺纹处,实现旋合螺纹处的不承受压力,即直管3与公由壬5、母由壬2结合为非压力密封形式。
[0014] 在直管3处于单独状态时,弹簧挡圈6对翼形螺母4进行限位,不让其滑到直管3表面,造成直管3涂层破损。
