Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种半湿法烟气脱硫装置,它是在现有技术的基础上改进而成的。其主要改进点如下:(1)增设石灰石颗粒再生循环系统和水处理系统;(2)脱硫塔分为上、下两个烟道,使烟气在塔内进行二次脱硫反应;(3)在反应室的出气侧设有产生涡流的结构,解决了烟气夹带颗粒的问题。本实用新型的有益效果是脱硫率高,成本低;降低了烟气把石灰石及反应物的粉尘带入烟气汇流室及大气中的数量,减少了二次污染;实现了水循环利用,节约了水源。

[0024] (2)增设洗石机去除脱硫反应物,一次实现脱硫剂的再生、增湿、降温;呈现黏性的反应生成物和物料中的细粉随水流走,消除了因反应物黏稠而将石子粘接、造成粘连架桥的机会;部分位置增加气-液二相喷嘴,提高石子湿润的调控能力;清洗石子的水主要来源于水处理后的清水,实现水循环使用。

[0072] 倒百叶窗状的导流板3-9是一关键部件,它要构成反应室使脱硫剂在其中运行,又要使烟气顺利进入反应室,并尽量阻止石灰石颗粒进入烟气室,在反应室的烟气出口处的叶片的上竖直段3-4形成烟气涡流,能降低烟气将石灰石粉尘带出反应室的数量;叶片的倾斜段3-16使得缝隙中的石灰石颗粒即使在轻微结垢情况下也可向下流动交换;叶片的下竖直段3-15可以使石灰石颗粒流动性更好,并且可以防止结垢;上、下相邻二个叶片之间的重合段L4可以降低石灰石粉尘进入烟气室的数量(详见图8)。[0073] 为了达到脱硫的效果,本发明的SO2吸收系统中设有二处喷水点一是在预处理烟道,高温烟气入反应塔前,根据烟气工况,通过温湿度传感器和主控计算机运算控制,在预处理烟道经过喷水降温、湿化和降尘,使烟气的温度稳定在酸露点以上15°C—25°C,相对湿度大于90%,此时,烟气中的SO2开始溶入水雾中生成H2SO3气溶胶。预处理烟道烟气降温、湿化米用气-液二相喷嘴8-4, 2组6个;另一处在反应塔顶部,米用8个气-液二相喷嘴3-2,根据工况的需要向石灰石颗粒表面进行补充洒水。布置位置见图7。
[0074] 为了保证脱硫系统的工艺水用量及水质的要求,也为洗石机补水,设置了水处理系统,包括水箱、水泵、以及供水管道。管道上装有流量计、压力表、调节阀、过滤器等。
[0075] 另外,还设有压缩气体系统,以满足预处理烟道、塔顶二相喷嘴用气,以及真空带式过滤机用气。
[0076] 物料经卸料机4进入到洗石机5,在水流和螺旋叶片的搅拌、冲洗的联合作用下将其洗净,再生后的石灰石颗粒与加入的新料在洗石机中混合,由提升机送入反应塔顶部的堆料仓,继续循环参与脱硫反应(见图3)。·
[0077] 洗石机的清洗水来自水处理系统的清水,带有脱硫反应物的洗石污水送回到水处理系统进行沉淀、过滤处理后循环使用。
[0078] 洗石机工作时,石子被送入洗槽,在叶轮的带动下翻滚,并相互研磨,除去覆盖在石子表面的反应生成物,同时加水,被叶轮搅动的水流将反应生成物和比重小的杂质带走,从洗槽溢流口排出,而比重大的石子沉于槽底,再由螺旋叶片推向洗槽上部排出,进入循环提升机送入脱硫塔,石子在机械和水力双重作用下得到再生。

[0080] 采用主控计算机对DCS过程管理,以及对反应塔进出口温度、烟气压力、烟气流量、塔体的各部位的温度、储料仓及塔内料位、烟气差压等监测数据采集和控制。并与在线监测装置互联监测S02、O2、烟气温度、烟气流量、烟尘含量等参数。监视各设备的工作状态和故障情况等。
Claims (6)
1. 一种半湿法烟气脱硫装置,包括脱硫塔(3)、与脱硫塔(3)相连接烟气预处理烟道(8-1)和烟气排放烟道(8-3)、新料储送系统(I)、皮带输送机(12)、提升机(13)、水泵(2)和监测控制系统;所述新料储送系统(I)包括储料斗(1-1)和真空输送给料机(1-2 ),储料斗(1-1)的出料口通过管道接真空输送给料机(1-2)的进料口 ;其特征在于还包括石灰石颗粒再生循环系统;所述石灰石颗粒再生循环系统包括卸料机(4)和洗石机(5),所述卸料机(4)位于脱硫塔(3)中的反应室(3-5)的出料口的下方,卸料机(4)的出料口通过管道与所述洗石机(5)的进料口相连接;所述洗石机(5)的出料依次经过皮带输送机(12)、提升机(13)至脱硫塔(3)中的堆料仓(3-7)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的半湿法烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于还包括水处理系统(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的半湿法烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于所述水处理系统(6)包括中间水池(6-4)、污泥提升泵(6-9 )、罗茨风机(6-1)、曝气池(6-6 )、沉淀池(6_7 )、渣浆泵(6-3)、带式真空过滤机(6-5)、清水池(6-8)和清水泵(6-2);所述洗石机(5)的出水口通过管道与中间水池(6-4)相连接,污泥提升泵(6-9)安装在中间水池(6-4)上,所述曝气池(6-6)通过装有阀门的管道与污泥提升泵(6-9)的输送管相连通,所述罗茨风机(6-1)通过装有阀门的管道分别与位于中间水池(6-4)和曝气池(6-6)中的环形玻璃钢曝气管相连通; 所述曝气池(6-6)和沉淀池(6-7)的出料口分别通过装有阀门的管道与渣浆泵(6-3)的进料口相连通,渣浆泵(6-3)的进料口通过装有阀门的管道与带式真空过滤机(6-5)相连接,带式真空过滤机(6-5 )的排水口通过管道与清水池(6-8 )相连接,清水池(6-8 )通过装有阀门的吸水管与所述清水泵(6-2)的进水口相连通,清水泵(6-2)的出水口通过装有阀门的管道接洗石机(5)的进水口 ; 所述曝气池(6-6)通过溢水管与沉淀池(6-7)相连接;沉淀池(6-7)通过溢水管与清水池(6-8)相连接。
4.根据权利要求I或2或3所述的半湿法烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于所述脱硫塔(3)包括塔体、位于塔体顶部的堆料仓(3-7)、等间隔位于塔体内的反应室(3-5)、将塔体分为上、下烟气通道的分隔板(3-11)、位于塔体外侧壁上的烟气过渡室(3-12)、位于塔体外侧壁上的下进气口均流室(3-10 )和上出气口汇流室(3-13 );所述下进气口均流室(3-10 )和上出气口汇流室(3-13)位于与烟气过渡室(3-12)相对的塔体外侧壁上; 所述反应室(3-5)由一对对称并且平行的倒百叶窗状的导流板(3-9)组成,每个反应室(3-5 )的进料口位于堆料仓(3-7 )的正下方,位于反应室(3-5 )下端的集料段(3-8 )伸出塔底并对准卸料机(4 )的进料口 ; 所述每个导流板(3-9)上的每个叶片由倾斜段(3-16)、上竖直段(3-14)和下竖直段(3-15)组成;所述倾斜段(3-16)与水平面的夹角为α,倾斜段(3_16)的长度为L2,所述上竖直段(3-14)的高度为LI,下竖直段(3-15)的高度为L3 ;在相邻两个叶片之间,上叶片的下竖直段(3-15)的底边至下叶片的上竖直段(3-14)的顶边的重叠部分的高度为L4 ;所述反应室(3-5)的宽度为L5 ; 所述 Ll=L3=45-55mm,L2=195-205mm,L4=95-105mm,L5=350-450mm,α =55。-65。; 在塔体内的下烟气通道中,相邻两个反应室之间的烟气布流室(3-4)分别与下进气口均流室(3-10)相连通,相邻两个反应室之间的烟气汇流室(3-6)分别与烟气过渡室(3-12)相连通; 在塔体内的上烟气通道中,相邻两个反应室之间的烟气布流室(3-4)分别与烟气过渡室(3-12)相连通,相邻两个反应室之间的烟气汇流室(3-6)分别与上出气口汇流室(3-13)相连通; 所述烟气预处理烟道(8-1)与下进气口均流室(3-10)相连通,所述上出气口汇流室(3-13)与烟气排放烟道(8-3)相连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的半湿法烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于还包括旁路烟道(8-6),所述旁路烟道(8-6 )的两端口分别与烟气预处理烟道(8-1)和烟气排放烟道(8-3 )相连通;在所述旁路通道(8-6 )上装有阀门(8-5 ),在所述旁路通道(8-6 )与脱硫塔(3 )之间的烟气预处理烟道(8-1)和烟气排放烟道(8-3)上分别装有阀门(8-2、8-4)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的半湿法烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于在烟气预处理烟道上设有2组6个气-液二相喷嘴;在脱硫塔顶部设有8个气-液二相喷嘴。
