背景技术
众所周知,在阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池组装段极群焊接工序中存在如下问题:一、目前烧焊过程中会因极板浮粉脱落,导致大量的铅灰粘带到隔板上,致使极群底部很脏,电池存在一定性能隐患;二、整个烧焊过程中极组有移位动作,极组直接接触到工作台面使极组底部,多次来回移动,底部有磨破现象,同时极组再次粘带杂质,增加了电池短路、微短路的隐患;三、由于包板时需要套用橡皮筋、PE袋或PE片,增加了生产成本,又降低了生产效率;四、装壳操作工人在极组入壳前清扫极群底部时,大量铅灰弥漫到空气中,对人员和环境造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种极群保护模盒,解决极组底部受染和隔板破裂问题,提高产品质量,减少环境污染,降低生产成本,减轻劳动强度,提高生产效率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该保护模盒包括底板、背板和侧板,在底板的两侧边上分别连接侧板,底板上安装背板,背板连接两侧板,底板、背板和侧板共连接构成带一缺口的模盒。
使用时,极组从模盒的缺口插入排列模盒内,经传送带传输到烧焊和装壳工序,极组和传送带、烧焊工作台面都是隔离的,极组在模盒内处于相对静置状态。
本实用新型具有以下优点:(一)极群底部相比以前干净,降低电池微短路几率;(二)底板使极组处于相对静置状态,不受力,不会出现破裂现象,降低电池短路几率;(三)省略入壳前清扫极群底部动作,降低劳动强度;(四)极组成型时无需套用橡皮筋、PE袋或PE片,降低产品生产成本;(五)无需要清扫极群底部,降低铅灰铅尘扬起程度,环保。
