本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种维修难度低，安装方便的模具的模仁结构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
一种模具的模仁结构，包括模仁，所述模仁上安装有镶针，该镶针镶嵌在模仁内，镶针以可拆卸的方式与模仁安装，便于装配。
本实用新型通过对现有技术的改进，将传统的与模仁为一体的固定针设为镶针，该镶针以活动的可拆卸的方式安装在模仁上，损坏时不需要分拆整套模具，只需将镶针拆下更换即可，维修方便快捷，维修难度低。

如附图1所示，一种模具的模仁结构，包括模仁1，所述模仁1上安装有镶针2，该镶针2镶嵌在模仁1内，镶针2以可拆卸的方式与模仁1安装，便于装配。镶针可根据不同模具设计成相匹配的形状，适用性强。一个模仁上安装若干个镶针，当其中一个或几个镶针损坏时，由于镶针是以可拆卸的方式装在模仁上，因此不需要分拆整套模具，只需要将其中损坏的镶针拆下更换可，维修方便快捷，省时省力，提高了修模效率，而且维修难度低，不需要专门的人员处理，大大方便的工人的操作。
