Abstract
本实用新型公开一种有效减轻钢水喷溅的带有金属粉末添加层的包芯线，包括钢带、纯金属钙，其特征在于还包括金属粉末添加层，该层位于钢带与纯金属钙之间。所述金属粉末添加层主要由铝、镁、铁、硅、锰、稀土、钙、碳化钙、氧化钙中一种或一种以上制成。本实用新型中的粉末添加层的包芯线与钢水发生反应时可降低钙蒸汽压力，有效减少喷溅。降低合金消耗与炼钢成本，并提高钢水中金属钙的收得率，增加钢水的可铸性，有效改善钢的使用性能。本实用新型物料配比可根据钢厂所练钢种不同进行调配。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及炼钢铸造领域，尤其涉及一种包芯线。
背景技术
目前，多数包芯线生产厂商生产的金属钙包芯线都只包含一种纯金属钙。当把这种含有纯金属钙的包芯线放入钢水或铁水中时，钙元素与钢水会产生激烈的化学反应，发生喷溅。喷溅事故会增加钢水的损耗，减少钢水中的钙含量，同时也会降低钢水可铸性，增加炼钢成本。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供一种有效减轻钢水喷溅的带有金属粉末添加层的包芯线，包括钢带、纯金属钙，其特征在于还包括金属粉末添加层，该层位于钢带与纯金属钙之间。
所述金属粉末添加层主要由铝、镁、铁、硅、锰、稀土、钙、碳化钙、氧化钙中一种或一种以上制成。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型中的粉末添加层的包芯线与钢水发生反应时可降低钙蒸汽压力，有效减少喷溅。降低合金消耗与炼钢成本，并提高钢水中金属钙的收得率，增加钢水的可铸性，有效改善钢的使用性能。本实用新型物料配比可根据钢厂所练钢种不同进行调配。

根据图1所示，金属粉末添加层3位于钢带1与纯金属钙2之间。金属粉末添加层3中由铝、镁、铁、硅、锰、稀土、钙、碳化钙、氧化钙等一种或几种均匀混合。本实用新型物料配比可根据钢厂所练钢种不同进行调配。

1.一种新型放喷溅纯金属钙包芯线，包括钢带(1)、纯金属钙(2)，其特征在于还包括金属粉末添加层(3)，该层位于钢带(1)与纯金属钙(2)之间。
2.按照权利要求1所述的所述的一种新型放喷溅纯金属钙包芯线，其特征在于金属粉末添加层(3)主要由铝、镁、铁、硅、锰、稀土、钙、碳化钙、氧化钙中一种。
