本实用新型公开了一种耐压气雾罐顶盖，包括盖帽以及外凸状弧面盖体，其特征在于：所述的盖帽与外凸状弧面盖体连接处向下挤压形成一个凹环，外凸状弧面盖体上端设置有外凹状球面盖体，外凸状弧面盖体表面设置有加强筋，加强筋呈环形，数量为一条或多条。本实用新型通过在外凸状弧面盖体上方设置有外凹状球面盖体后，增加了气雾罐对压缩气体的受压能力，从而减少了气雾罐的爆罐现象，本实用新型在无需增加顶盖材料厚度的条件下，就能够提高气雾罐抗压力强度。

本实用新型涉及一种压力气雾罐，特别是一种压力气雾罐的顶盖。
背景技术
在中国气雾剂瓶的使用量非常大，主要用于驱虫剂、空气清新剂或喷漆剂等的罐装。气雾剂瓶一般都是标准的圆柱形，在其喷口处设有一个瓶盖，该瓶盖直接扣装或旋在瓶体上，用于保护产品及外形的美观。现有气雾罐为满足抗内压的要求往往把顶盖设计成外凸的弧面，在实际生产中，此结构不仅容易成型，而且外面的弧面与平底相比是提高了耐压性，但是此设计的盖型仅单一圆弧，未完全发挥材料自身的最大强度。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了克服以上现有技术存在的不足而提出的，其所解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在不增加顶盖材料厚度的条件下提高气雾罐抗压力强度的气雾罐顶盖。
为此，本实用新型提供了一种耐压气雾罐顶盖，包括盖帽以及外凸状弧面盖体，其特征在于：所述的盖帽与外凸状弧面盖体连接处向下挤压形成一个凹环，外凸状弧面盖体上端设置有外凹状球面盖体。
所述的外凸状弧面盖体表面设置有加强筋。
所述的加强筋呈环形，数量为一条或多条。
本实用新型有益效果是：本实用新型通过在外凸状弧面盖体上端设置有外凹状球面盖体后，增加了气雾罐对压缩气体的受压能力，从而减少了气雾罐的爆罐现象，本实用新型在无需增加顶盖材料厚度的条件下，就能够提高气雾罐抗压力强度。

如图1、图2所示，一种耐压气雾罐顶盖，包括盖帽1以及外凸状弧面盖体2，盖帽1与外凸状弧面盖体2连接处向下挤压形成一个凹环3。
在本实施例中，外凸状弧面盖体2上端设置有外凹状球面盖体4，设置的外凹状球面盖体4将原本聚向顶盖顶部的压力分散开了，增加了气雾罐对压缩气体的受压能力。
在本实施例中，外凸状弧面盖体2表面设置有加强筋21，加强筋21呈环形，数量为一条，在其他实施例中，加强筋21的数量根据实际要求设置一条或多条。加强筋21的设置进一步增加了气雾罐对压缩气体的受压能力。
