本实用新型涉及一种充电电池密封圈塑料模具。 
背景技术
目前,充电电池所用的密封圈产品,模具生产过程中为平行式浇口,生产出的产品与浇道料把相连,需脱模后由工人切刻完成产品与料把的分离工作,产品外观有人工操作的痕迹,既有小料把、缺口及人工的二次污染,对产品质量有影响,还需大量人工切刻,对产能的提升,价格的下降均不利。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种充电电池密封圈塑料模具,不用人工切刻而生产出合格产品以提高工作效率,降低产品成本。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:充电电池密封圈塑料模具,包括凸模和凹模,在凸模头部和凹模上部加工一道相互推配的密封台阶,凸模上设有斜浇道,斜浇道入口设置在凸模顶部,斜浇道出口设置在凸模密封台阶处并与凸模和凹模之间围成的型腔连通。 
凹模上设有浇注通道,浇注通道与凸模顶部的浇道入口连通。 
凸模上方浇注通道处设有拉料钩和打料板。 
本实用新型结构简单、功能实用,不用人工切刻而生产出合格产品以提高工作效率,降低产品成本。本实用新型配合机械手的使用,可使原来10万产品需3个工人切刻完成,到现在一个工人可完成40-50万产品,且产品外观无切刻痕迹,对产品质量有较大的提升,从而达到提升产量质量,降低产品生产成本。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1、2所示,充电电池密封圈16塑料模具,包括凸模8和凹模6,在凸模8头部和凹模6上部加工一道相互推配的密封台阶,阻止溶化塑料进入凹模。凸模8上设有斜浇道14,斜浇道14入口设置在凸模8顶部,斜浇道14出口设置在凸模密封台阶处并与凸模8和凹模6之间围成的型腔连通,达到进胶的目的。凹模6上设有浇注通道15,浇注通道15与凸模8顶部的浇道入口连通。凸模8上方浇注通道15处设有拉料钩1和打料板3。 
模具开模后,开模机构带动固定板13,固定板13带动凸模8从凹模6中脱出,同时通过拉料钩1拉出成型凸模中斜浇道,从而达到产品与料把分离的目的。模具继续向后移动,通过与固定板13和成型凹模固定板4相连接的拉板5拉动凹模固定板4和凹模6向后移动,凹模6移动到一定距离下带动定距拉杆12向后移动,从而带动打料固定板2向后移动,将浇道及料把从拉料钩1中拉出,由机械手将料把从模具中取出。同时推板11在顶出机构的作用下,推动推杆固定板10向前移动带动推杆9向前移动,推杆9带动卸料板7向前移动,从而使产品从凸模6中脱出,完成一次开模动作。 
本实用新型充电电池密封圈模具采用32腔成型,平衡浇道进胶。拉板5与固定板13及凹模固定板4,定距拉杆12与凹模6和打料固定板2通过螺丝相连接,结构简单,传动可靠,结构紧凑,空间利用率高,布局合理,能显著提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

1.充电电池密封圈塑料模具,包括凸模和凹模,其特征在于:在凸模头部和凹模上部加工一道相互推配的密封台阶,凸模上设有斜浇道,斜浇道入口设置在凸模顶部,斜浇道出口设置在凸模密封台阶处并与凸模和凹模之间围成的型腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电电池密封圈塑料模具,其特征在于:凹模上设有浇注通道,浇注通道与凸模顶部的浇道入口连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的充电电池密封圈塑料模具,其特征在于:凸模上方浇注通道处设有拉料钩和打料板。
