Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种尿道取石钳，包括两个通过钳轴铰接的钳股，所述钳股的后端设有钳柄，钳股的前端设有勺状钳头，钳股收合时两勺状钳头相互扣合，所述勺状钳头的内面设有齿状横纹；所述勺状钳头为半椭球形。本实用新型通过在勺状钳头内面设置齿状横纹结构，可对结石起到很好的固定作用，克服了结石经石蜡油润滑不易夹取的问题；两个呈半椭球形的勺状钳头扣合时通行直径小于一般半圆球形钳头，且边缘光滑，在进出尿道时不易拉伤尿道粘膜，避免了尿道粘膜损伤，可有效减轻操作时患者的疼痛及对尿道的损伤。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，具体涉及一种尿道取石钳。
背景技术
尿道结石在临床上很常见，尤其随着现在碎石技术的发展和广泛应用，肾结石、输尿管结石及膀胱结石最终都要经尿道排出，使尿道结石的发生率增加。尿道结石取出方法和途径的选择应符合最易于取出和对尿道的损伤最小的原则。但尿道窄小，组织脆弱，损伤易引起尿道狭窄，而且出现在尿道的结石较大、坚硬且易嵌顿，不宜夹取，加之在尿道取石时，要经尿道口注射石蜡油润滑，以利结石取出、减少尿道粘膜损伤，可同时增加了钳夹的难度。
现有的“尿道碎石取石钳”，其顶端勺状结构内面光滑，不易固定结石及一次取出结石，反复多次试取，会增加病人的不适感和紧张心理，也易引起尿道损伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的问题，提供一种对结石固定作用好且容易夹取的尿道取石钳。
为此，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种尿道取石钳，包括两个通过钳轴铰接的钳股，所述钳股的后端设有钳柄，钳股的前端设有勺状钳头，钳股收合时两勺状钳头相互扣合，所述勺状钳头的内面设有齿状横纹。
所述勺状钳头为半椭球形。
所述两钳股的后端还设有相互配合的卡齿。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
1.勺状钳头内面的齿状横纹结构，可起到很好的固定结石的作用，克服了结石经石蜡油润滑不易夹取的问题；
2.半椭球形的勺状钳头结构，顺应了尿道的结构特点，两勺状钳头扣合时通行直径小于一般半圆球形钳头，且边缘光滑，在进出尿道时不易拉伤尿道粘膜，避免了尿道粘膜损伤，可有效减轻操作时患者的疼痛及对尿道的损伤；

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示，一种尿道取石钳，包括两个通过钳轴1铰接的钳股21、22，钳股21、22的后端分别设有钳柄3，钳股21、22的前端分别设有半椭球形的勺状钳头4，钳股21、22收合时两勺状钳头4相互扣合，勺状钳头4的内面设有齿状横纹5；两钳股21、22的后端还设有相互配合的卡齿6。
本实用新型在使用时，先将钳股21、22收合，然后将勺状钳头4缓慢伸入患者尿道内，遇结石后张开两勺状钳头4并对结石实施夹取，由于齿状横纹5的存在，勺状钳头4可对结石形成有效固定，结石不会轻易滑落，夹取成功后缓慢移出勺状钳头4，取石结束。上述过程中，在收合钳股21、22对结石实施夹取时卡齿6将钳股21、22相互固定，勺状钳头4不会轻易张开，进一步地确保了结石的顺利取出。

1.一种尿道取石钳，包括两个通过钳轴（1）铰接的钳股（21、22），所述钳股（21、22）的后端设有钳柄（3），钳股（21、22）的前端设有勺状钳头（4），钳股（21、22）收合时两勺状钳头（4）相互扣合，其特征在于，所述勺状钳头（4）的内面设有齿状横纹（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿道取石钳，其特征在于，所述勺状钳头（4）为半椭球形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种尿道取石钳，其特征在于，所述两钳股（21、22）的后端还设有相互配合的卡齿（6）。
