Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种卸煤器传送带托辊的支撑机构，具体是提供一种分体式托辊上平行支架。其结构包括两根L形支撑脚，L形支撑脚顶部的卡口内架设有托辊轴。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的分体式托辊上平行支架，通过小小的改动变整件工件损耗成为部件损耗，大大节约了维修时间和材料浪费，提高了企业效益。

本实用新型涉及一种卸煤器传送带托辊的支撑机构，具体是提供一种分体式托辊上平行支架。
背景技术
现有技术下，卸煤器传送带可使用托辊组进行支撑，如附图1所示，这种托辊组的上平行支架结构为角钢横梁两端各焊接两个下支板脚和两个冲压成型的托辊支撑脚。设备运行时只需将托辊放在托辊支撑脚的两个卡口内即可，当托辊随着皮带运行时会给支撑脚的卡口施压，在一定时间后，该卡口即会磨损过大无法卡住托辊轴，造成正常的物件损耗，如让其继续工作，则需更换整件上的平行支架，这就造成无谓的材料浪费和成本增高。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对以上问题，提供一种分体式托辊上平行支架，解决了由此带来的维护成本增高问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种分体式托辊上平行支架，包括两根L形支撑脚，L形支撑脚顶部的卡口内架设有托辊轴。
L形支撑脚上焊接有支撑肋板。
本实用新型的分体式托辊上平行支架，以12mm厚的支撑肋板辅以12mm厚的钢板，冲压成带有托辊轴卡口的分体式L形支撑脚。设备安装时配上托辊即可。当托辊轴施压给托辊轴卡口时，导致卡口磨损只需更换分体式钢板支撑脚即可。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的分体式托辊上平行支架，通过小小的改动变整件工件损耗成为部件损耗，大大节约了维修时间和材料浪费，提高了企业效益。

如附图2所示，一种分体式托辊上平行支架，包括两根L形支撑脚1，L形支撑脚1顶部的卡口2内架设有托辊轴3。
本实施例中，L形支撑脚1上焊接有支撑肋板4。
