背景技术
拉伸是机加工金属件冲压的重要工序，传统冲压后，金属件产生毛边，需要对拉伸后的金属件进行切边操作，不但增加工序，而且浪费大量材料。
发明内容
本实用新型拉伸冲压模具，它可以使冲压后的金属件一次成型，不会产生毛边，减少了切边工序，并且减少了材料浪费。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种拉伸冲压模具，包括上模板和下模板，其特征是：所述上模板连接一压料板，压料板和上模板中部贯通设有推杆，推杆连接凸模，所述下模板上与凸模相对位置设有凹模。
本实用新型可实现拉伸的一次成型，减少了工序，减少了材料浪费。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知，本实用新型包括上模板2和下模板6，所述上模板2连接一压料板3，压料板3和上模板2中部贯通设有推1杆，推杆1连接凸模4，所述下模板6上与凸模4相对位置设有凹模5。
将坯料置于凹模5内定位，由压料板3和凹模5对坯料进行压边，随着凸模4下行，由凸模4、凹模5、压料板3共同作用将坯料拉伸成型。由于拉伸时压料板3和凹模5先对坯料进行压边，使拉伸后的金属件不会出现毛边，不需进行切边操作，因此不但减少了加工工序，而且减少了材料的浪费。
