背景技术
废旧电线电缆中的铜可被回收利用。现有技术是采用焚烧取铜法，污染严重、回收的铜质量低，而且浪费了废旧电线电缆中的塑料橡皮。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种结构设计合理的干式铜米生产线，该干式铜米生产线环保、能提高回收铜的质量，并可将塑料橡皮回收利用。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种干式铜米生产线，其特征在于：包括一号输送机、一号破碎机、二号输送机、二号破碎机、旋风送料器、气流分选机、震动分选机、吸尘管、除尘装置；一号输送机、一号破碎机、二号输送机、二号破碎机、旋风送料器、气流分选机、震动分选机依次连接，吸尘管分别与一号破碎机、二号破碎机、气流分选机、除尘装置连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点和效果：结构设计合理，自动化运行，不对废旧电线电缆焚烧，也不对废旧电线电缆用化学剂处理，整个过程干式处理，即解决了焚烧取铜方法中出现的空气污染问题，又能提高回收铜的品位，并可将塑料橡皮回收利用，同时解决环境的污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1和图2，本实用新型实施例包括一号输送机1、一号破碎机2、二号输送机3、二号破碎机4、旋风送料器5、气流分选机6、震动分选机7、吸尘管8、除尘装置9。
一号输送机1、一号破碎机2、二号输送机3、二号破碎机4、旋风送料器5、气流分选机6、震动分选机7依次连接。吸尘管8的入口分别与一号破碎机2、二号破碎机4、气流分选机6连接，出口与除尘装置9连接。
通过一号输送机1将废旧电线电缆输送至一号破碎机2内进行破碎，破碎后的混合物料经二号输送机3输送至二号破碎机4进行二次破碎。再将混合物料由旋风送料器5输送至气流分选机6进行分选，分选得到金属铜米、塑料橡皮颗粒，塑料橡皮颗粒再被送至震动分选机7，震动分选机7去除杂质后使塑料橡皮颗粒更加清洁。在粉碎和分选过程中配置了除尘装置10，有效地解决粉尘的排放，符合污染物综合排放标准《GB16297—1996》。
