本实用新型的技术方案是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种棉麻纤维复合板包括木质基板、棉麻纤维层、实木单板。其特征是：在木质基板的上层设有棉麻纤维层，棉麻纤维的下表面通过热融性胶粘贴在木质基板上，在棉麻纤维层是上方设有实木单板，棉麻纤维层的上表面通过热融性胶粘贴在实木单板上，在实木单板上设有一层贴膜纸。
