一种冷轧薄板的表面脱脂清洗系统
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于冷轧板带脱脂清洗技术领域,涉及一种冷轧薄板的表面脱脂清洗系统。
背景技术
[0002] 冷轧薄板罩退产品在冷轧板带生产中,经酸洗处理和轧制后,表面会残留大量的轧制油和铁粉等杂质。这样的轧硬状态的冷轧卷在进入罩式退火炉退火前,一般要进行表面脱脂清洗处理。一般冷轧薄板的脱脂的基本工艺流程为:碱浸喷洗一碱刷洗一电解清洗一水刷洗一水漂洗一烘干。通过碱性脱脂剂和带钢表面轧制油的皂化反应达到除油目的,以便获得高等级的表面质量;同时在通过电解反应在钢板表面镀上一层1-8微米厚的SIO2层,从而减轻或避免在罩式炉内生产时形成粘结缺陷。 [0003] 在冷轧罩退脱脂生产线中,常用的脱脂剂都是含10%左右硅酸盐的碱液罩退专用脱脂剂。但实际生产中,存在如下问题:①相对于连退脱脂用不含硅成分脱脂剂,吨钢的脱脂成本要高30%左右。②由于脱脂后钢板表面含SIO2,对于后道工序需要涂镀的表面附着力要求高的订单无法生产。因此,传统单一脱脂剂的清洗方法已经成为制约罩退品种开发和脱脂生产成本居高不下的重要原因。寻找一种既能降低成本,又能扩大罩退生产产品类型的清洗方法是亟需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种冷轧薄板的表面脱脂清洗系统,解决了现有技术中脱脂清洗方法的成本高,生产品种类型受限的技术问题。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种冷轧薄板的表面脱脂清洗系统,包括,一碱液供给装置、一电解液循环装置和清洗装置,其中,所述碱液供给装置存储不含硅脱脂剂的碱液,所述不含硅脱脂剂的碱液供给装置分别与所述电解液循环装置和所述清洗装置相连。
[0006] 进一步地,本表面脱脂清洗系统还包括一所述碱液供给装置和一所述电解液循环装置,所述碱液供给装置存储含硅脱脂剂的碱液,所述含硅脱脂剂的碱液供给装置与所述电解液循环装置相连。

[0008] 进一步地,所述冷轧薄板宽度为800mm-1800mm。
[0009] 进一步地,所述冷轧薄板在轧制后和退火处理前为轧硬状态的钢板带。
[0010] 本实用新型提供的一种冷轧薄板的表面脱脂清洗系统,形成电解脱脂的双脱脂剂供给系统方式设计,在一条脱脂剂组上用两种不同的脱脂剂对冷轧薄板进行组合清洗。相对传统的单一脱脂剂清洗方法,组合清洗方法降低脱脂剂消耗成本30%,同时扩大了产品的生产类型提高企业竞争力。实现了脱脂成本低,生产效率高的现代化生产要求。附图说明

[0018] 针对于容易粘结的钢种的冷轧薄板,关闭一碱液供给罐与电解液循环罐连接的通道,该碱液供给罐存储不含硅脱脂剂,同时打开该碱液供给罐与清洗装置的通道,使该碱液供给罐将不含硅脱脂剂向浸洗、涮洗等清洗装置供液。另外再打开另一碱液供给罐与电解液循环罐的通道,该碱液供给罐存储有含硅脱脂剂。这样通过向电解液循环罐内通入含硅脱脂剂既满足了清洗后的钢板表面涂有防止粘接的SIO2层的生产要求,同时由于其他浸洗和刷洗阶段都使用的是不含硅脱脂剂的价格相对低廉的脱脂剂,满足了生产要求、降低了成本。
[0019] 针对于不容易粘结的钢种的冷轧薄板,关闭另一碱液供给罐与电解液循环罐的通道,也就是说使碱液供给罐停止向电解液循环罐供给含硅脱脂剂。实际生产中打开一不含硅脱脂剂的碱液供给罐向电解液循环罐供液,使该碱液供给罐同时向电解液循环罐和清洗装置供给不含硅脱脂剂。此种方式适合于不易粘接的钢种规格,这样在整个生产中都使用不含硅的脱脂剂,满足了生产要求、降低了成本。
[0020] 综合来看,通过电解液循环系统的新方案可以实现的两种生产的随时切换选择,满足了不同要求的生产的同时降低了消耗成本。
