Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于煤矿输送管道领域,特别涉及一种煤矿井下用改性聚丙烯三层复合管。
背景技术
在煤矿井下的通风系统、抽放瓦斯系统、喷浆系统、供排水系统,需要使用大量的输送管道,该类管材需具有抗静电,阻燃的优点。当前的输送管道大多采用不锈钢管、无缝钢管或塑料管。不锈钢管、无缝钢管虽然强度大,但是由于煤矿井下环境恶劣,不锈钢管或无缝钢管易被腐蚀,需经常维护,使用寿命较短。塑料管具有成本较低,耐腐蚀,搬运、安装轻便等优点,但是其抗静电性差,强度小,承压低,对安全生产造成一定威胁。
专利(申请号CN201020686021.0)公开了煤矿井下用超高分子量聚乙烯复合管材。如图1所示其由中间的超高分子量聚乙烯承压层和内、外导电层复合而成。内、外导电层厚度为1~5mm,材料为导电母料或抗静电剂。该复合管因内层和外层为导电层,因此具有抗静电的作用,但其导电层仅为1~5mm,因此使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有抗静电、阻燃特性的煤矿井下用改性聚丙烯三层复合管。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:煤矿井下用改性聚丙烯三层复合管,其包括内层改性聚丙烯层,中间层PE层和外层改性聚丙烯层,三层共挤成型。
所述的改性聚丙烯层所用材料为改性聚丙烯,其为普通的聚丙烯材料加入抗静电和阻燃材料而成,具有抗静电和阻燃的特性,符合煤矿井下用管材的要求。由三层共挤模具挤出成型。
本实用新型采用以上技术方案:复合管的内层和外层所用材料为改性聚丙烯,中间层所用材料为普通PE层,三层共挤成型,采用该种结构的复合管具有环保、承压高、耐磨蚀、质量轻、抗静电、阻燃、免维护和安装方便等优点。

具体实施方式
根据图2所示,本实用新型包括内层3改性聚丙烯层,中间层2PE层和外层1改性聚丙烯层,三层共挤成型。
该煤矿井下用改性聚丙烯三层复合管的内层和外层所用材料为改性聚丙烯,中间层所用材料为PE层,三层共挤成型,所用的改性聚丙烯材料为普通的聚丙烯材料加入抗静电和阻燃材料而成,具有抗静电和阻燃的特性。采用该种结构的复合管具有环保、承压高、耐磨蚀、质量轻、抗静电、阻燃、免维护和安装方便等优点。
