背景技术
随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提升，汽车在人民生活和生产中的地位显得越来越重要，大量的汽车涌入，给交通带来了日益严重的隐患，使得交通事故时有发生，为了减少交通事故对可乘人员带来的伤害，汽车保险杠作为最简单有效的防护用具，受到了人民的欢迎，汽车保险杠一般是安装于汽车车身前后部位的一种防护装置，现有的汽车保险杠以金属，玻璃钢等材料为主，金属材料一般使用3毫米以上的铜板冲压呈U型槽钢，但是以上金属构件制作的各种保险杠在发生碰撞时，耐冲击性能较差，仅能吸收和缓和部分外界冲击力，因而对人的伤害，车辆的损害程度仍然很大。
