无线便携声光振动报警器属于报警装置。
背景技术
像具有一定操作危险性的厂矿企业，通常会配备一定的实时工况报警系统，以及时发现危险工况并进行报警，保证工人的生命安全。
现有技术是固定的声光报警器安装在固定的位置，当发生危险时自动或手动起动声光报警器，当听到可看到声光报警时，现场工作的人员及时撤离或抢险，但这种方式往往在厂区较大或较嘈杂的环境下不能有效的警示。
可见，设计一种无线便携声光报警器即可大大降低该风险，我们可以把无线声光报警器由工人在现场时随身佩戴，当在现布控无线发射信号点，当发生危险时通过无线第一时间通知佩戴有无线声光报警的人员，大大保障了工人的生命安全，这种方式特别适合化工、冶炼、井下、核电站、等高危险环境。
现有的全场报警系统往往由于环境嘈杂、厂区空间大，声音不能有效传递，导致当发生危险时不能第一时间警示现场人员，错过了最佳逃生时间，进而酿成重大事故。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型公开了一种无线便携声光振动报警器，该报警器能实时接收无线报警信号并向所有配带该报警器的工人发出危险工况的警报，以声、光、振动的多维报警方式，提高工作人员的注意力，增加了工况的安全性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
无线便携声光振动报警器，包括上壳、下壳；在上壳和下壳中间的空间里，固定配置有电池组件以及与所述电池组件连接的蜂鸣器、振动马达和电路板，所述电路板上焊接有LCD、LED和无线模块。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，还包括夹持在上壳和下壳中间的橡胶圈，所述上壳和下壳通过第三螺钉连接。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，所述的电路板通过第一螺钉固定连接在下壳上。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，还包括背带夹，所述背带夹通过第二螺钉固定在下壳端部，从第二螺钉帽的底部到下壳之间，依次配置有第一弹垫和垫圈。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，所述的第三螺钉帽底部依次配置有第二弹垫和O型密封圈。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，所述的上壳表面开有上显示窗、下显示窗以及显示窗，并设置有调整按键和开机按键；其中，上显示窗和下显示窗与LCD位置对应，显示窗与LED位置对应。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
本实施例无线便携声光振动报警器，侧视图如图1所示。该报警器包括上壳20、下壳14以及夹持在上壳20和下壳14中间起密封作用的橡胶圈8；在上壳20和下壳14中间的空间里，固定配置有电池组件13以及与所述电池组件13连接的蜂鸣器18、振动马达19和电路板7，所述电路板7上焊接有LCD21、LED22和无线模块23。其中，夹持在上壳20和下壳14中间的橡胶圈8，所述上壳20和下壳14通过第三螺钉15连接，在第三螺钉15帽底部依次配置有第二弹垫16和O型密封圈17；该报警器还包括有背带夹10，所述背带夹10通过第二螺钉11固定在下壳14端部，从第二螺钉11帽的底部到下壳14之间，依次配置有第一弹垫9和垫圈12。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，所述的上壳20表面开有上显示窗1、下显示窗3以及显示窗5，并设置有调整按键2和开机按键4；其中，上显示窗1和下显示窗3与LCD21位置对应，显示窗5与LED22位置对应，上壳20表面视图如图2所示。
上述无线便携声光振动报警器，所述的下壳14表面配置有充电端子24、卡槽25、发声孔27和贴膜槽28，并且在发声孔27表面贴有防水膜26，下壳14表面视图如图3所示。

1.无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于包括上壳（20）、下壳（14）；在上壳（20）和下壳（14）中间的空间里，固定配置有电池组件（13）以及与所述电池组件（13）连接的蜂鸣器（18）、振动马达（19）和电路板（7），所述电路板（7）上焊接有LCD（21）、LED（22）和无线模块（23）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于还包括夹持在上壳（20）和下壳（14）中间的橡胶圈（8），所述上壳（20）和下壳（14）通过第三螺钉（15）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于所述的电路板（7）通过第一螺钉（6）固定连接在下壳（14）上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于还包括背带夹（10），所述背带夹（10）通过第二螺钉（11）固定在下壳（14）端部，从第二螺钉（11）帽的底部到下壳（14）之间，依次配置有第一弹垫（9）和垫圈（12）。
5.根据权利要求2所述的无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于所述的第三螺钉（15）帽底部依次配置有第二弹垫（16）和O型密封圈（17）。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于所述的上壳（20）表面开有上显示窗（1）、下显示窗（3）以及显示窗（5），并设置有调整按键（2）和开机按键（4）；其中，上显示窗（1）和下显示窗（3）与LCD（21）位置对应，显示窗（5）与LED（22）位置对应。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无线便携声光振动报警器，其特征在于所述的下壳（14）表面配置有充电端子（24）、卡槽（25）、发声孔（27）和贴膜槽（28）。
