背景技术
发动机气门油封是发动机配气机构的重要零件之一，气门油封与气门杆、气门导管配合，用于发动机气门杆的密封，可以防止机油通过气门杆与气门导管之间的间隙进入发动机燃烧室，造成机油流失和发动机功率下降等现象，目前，气门油封一般包括骨架、橡胶层和唇口，橡胶层的下端固定在发动机气门导管上，但是密封唇由于橡胶层的弹性较大，抱紧力差，从而导致气门油封的密封性较差，易出现松动，易导致润滑油泄露。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有的发动机气门油封密封性差的缺点，提供一种密封性好、结构简单的新型的发动机气门油封。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供如下技术方案: 一种新型的发动机气门油封，包括骨架和橡胶层，橡胶层位于骨架内壁，骨架顶部镶嵌在橡胶层内，橡胶层上端形成密封唇，其中，密封唇下方的橡胶层外围设有凹槽，凹槽内设有钢丝圈。
采用本实用新型技术方案的一种新型的发动机气门油封，由于密封唇下方的橡胶层外围设有凹槽，凹槽内设有钢丝圈，钢丝圈位于密封唇下方，增强了橡胶层的抱紧力，助于密封唇的密封性，避免橡胶密封唇松动，影响密封性。
进一步， 一种新型的发动机气门油封，其中，所述的钢丝圈是钢丝经环绕形成螺旋状。螺旋状的钢丝圈既能保证一定的弹性，又能保证一定的抱紧力，从而加强橡胶层的抱紧。

在具体实施过程中，骨架1与位于骨架1内壁的橡胶层2通过过盈连接固定于发动机的气门导管上，橡胶层2上端的密封唇3下方外围由于设置了凹槽4和位于凹槽4内的螺旋状的钢丝圈5，增强了橡胶层2的抱紧力，增强了密封性，避免润滑油从密封唇3处泄露。
