Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 在熔模铸造制壳悬链线上，由吊具吊挂模组，在涂料和撒砂工位实现各种翻转动作，完成模组涂料和撒砂作业。但随着熔模铸件及其模组的大型化，原制壳悬链线吊具在作业过程中的稳定性变差，磨损加剧，使用寿命降低，维修成本也随之加大，故必须改进吊具结构。
[0003] 悬链线吊具主要由固定支架、连杆、连接支架、十字套筒、吊筒、导向轮组成。在实际作业中，重型模组上线，吊具与轨道的磨损加大，摩擦阻力导致吊具的运行不连续，造成模组局部涂料和撒砂不均匀而出现废品。
[0004] 经技术分析认为：导致最终出现废品的主要原因在于，吊具导向轮位于十字套筒下方，运行过程中，与制壳用砂及涂料距离较近，易受砂粒及涂料污染，同时受摩擦力增大影响而出现破损。
