Abstract

本实用新型公开一种吊杆器,由抱杆套和钢丝绳组成,抱杆套由两个弧形抱铁构成,弧形抱铁内侧设有防滑纹或防滑齿,两根U形承力杆通过中轴铰接,两根U弧形承力杆的下端与两个弧形抱铁固定联接,在U形承力杆的上端两个角上均设置有吊环,两根钢丝绳分别对角连接两个U形承力杆上的吊环,在两个钢丝绳交叉处设置有吊装环。使用时,将抱杆套套在电杆上,起吊装置的吊钩钩进吊装环内,开始起吊,钢丝绳收紧,承力杆受力,在电杆重力作用下被抱铁牢牢抱紧,两根钢丝绳分别对角连接两个U形承力杆上的吊环,在两个钢丝绳交叉处设置有吊装环,能起到防止电杆摆动的作用。经多次试验,本实用新型可至少提高现场电杆和设备吊运的工作效率一倍以上,同时它还大幅减少了人员的劳动强度,尤其增强了现场工作的安全系数,且成本低廉,应该具有较高的应用价值和推广前景。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种起吊辅助工具,具体地说涉及一种电力线路及各类工业领域施工现场的应用于电杆、设备吊运作业的吊杆器。
背景技术
国内电力建设部门在进行电杆吊运时,多是将两根钢丝绳套在电杆重心处,绳扣一端挂在吊车大钩上呈三角形起吊。这种方法有其局限性,一方面钢丝绳必须寻找空隙绕过电杆才能套牢,这种情况,通常都是由工作人员先用撬杠使电杆离地后再穿钢丝绳;另一方面进度缓慢,工作效率不高,因为这不但需投入两个以上的人力,而且要考虑钢丝绳的位置是否绑的适中、是否绑的结实等;而且存在着不安全因素,极有可能发生如撬杠撬离地面时电杆突然滑动、压伤人员,或是起吊的钢丝绳断裂、电杆掉落砸伤人的事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足提供一种吊杆器,能够在现场安全施工,起吊效率高。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种吊杆器,由抱杆套和钢丝绳组成,抱杆套由两个弧形抱铁构成,弧形抱铁内侧设有防滑纹或防滑齿,两根U形承力杆通过中轴铰接,两根U弧形承力杆的下端与两个弧形抱铁固定联接,在U形承力杆的上端两个角上均设置有吊环,两根钢丝绳分别对角连接两个U形承力杆上的吊环,在两个钢丝绳交叉处设置有吊装环。
上述吊杆器,中轴、承力杆、吊环和吊装环均由铬钼钢制成。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有以下优点:将抱杆套套在电杆上,起吊装置的吊钩钩进吊装环内,开始起吊,钢丝绳收紧,承力杆受力,在电杆重力作用下被抱铁牢牢抱紧,两根钢丝绳分别对角连接两个U形承力杆上的吊环,在两个钢丝绳交叉处设置有吊装环,能起到防止电杆摆动的作用。经多次试验,本实用新型可至少提高现场电杆和设备吊运的工作效率一倍以上,同时它还大幅减少了人员的劳动强度,尤其增强了现场工作的安全系数,且成本低廉,应该具有较高的应用价值和推广前景。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种吊杆器,由抱杆套7 和钢丝绳2组成,抱杆套7由两个弧形抱铁构成,弧形抱铁内侧设有防滑纹或防滑齿,两根U形承力杆1、6通过中轴5铰接,两根U弧形承力杆的下端与两个弧形抱铁固定联接,在U形承力杆的上端两个角上均设置有吊环,两根钢丝2、4绳分别对角连接两个U形承力杆上的吊环,在两个钢丝绳交叉处设置有吊装环3。中轴、承力杆、吊环和吊装环均由铬钼钢制成。

1.一种吊杆器,其特征是:由抱杆套和钢丝绳组成,抱杆套由两个弧形抱铁构成,弧形抱铁内侧设有防滑纹或防滑齿,两根U形承力杆通过中轴铰接,两根U弧形承力杆的下端与两个弧形抱铁固定联接,在U形承力杆的上端两个角上均设置有吊环,两根钢丝绳分别对角连接两个U形承力杆上的吊环,在两个钢丝绳交叉处设置有吊装环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吊杆器,其特征是:中轴、承力杆、吊环和吊装环均由铬钼钢制成。
