纸箱包装是指产品在流通过程中，为保护产品、方便储运、促进销售，采用纸质箱体对产品所进行的包装。纸箱包装是应用最广泛的一种包装方式。区别于木箱包装、编织袋包装、布袋包装，塑料盒包装，纸箱包装具有取材容易、重量轻、容易印刷、设计成型容易、成本低廉等特点，广泛被用于商品的销售包装和运输包装。纸箱是由纸板加工而成，在生产中，需要将两面涂胶的纸板粘结压实构成板材后进行加热烘干滚压工序，再进行切割、印刷并成型。纸板一般都是采用卷筒纸作为原料，卷筒纸都是卷绕成卷的，其卷绕都是在卷绕机上进行的，因其重量较重，一般都很难移动。
