本实用新型涉及一种往复运动装置,特别是涉及一种外圆磨床工作台往复运动装置。
背景技术
外圆磨床主要由床身、工作台和砂轮架等组成,进行工件加工时,工作台在外圆磨床的床身上往复运动,外圆磨床的往复运动的驱动方式主要有两种方式,一种是曲柄滑块机构,另一种是液压驱动机构,在现有的曲柄滑块机构中,工作台只能在曲柄中心附近做等距离的往复运动,往复距离只能依靠手动调节曲柄滑块距离来实现。而液压驱动系统结构较为复杂,且控制精度性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单、往复运动距离更长、控制精度高的外圆磨床工作台往复运动装置。
    本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种外圆磨床工作台往复运动装置,包括移动工作台、电动机和底座板,所述往复运动装置还包括带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘,所述带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘的下端与所述电动机的转轴连接,所述带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘的上端与所述连杆的一端固定连接,所述连杆的另一端与所述移动工作台靠近带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘的一端连接,所述移动工作台与所述底座板滑动连接。
通过采用曲柄机构和电动机驱动外圆磨床工作台工作,使外圆磨床移动工作台往复运动距离更长,通过采用电动机驱动,同时还提高了移动工作台的控制精确度。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进是,所述底座板的两端设置有限位开关。通过在底座板的两端设置限位开关,能使工作台在固定的移动距离中运行,保障了加工人员的安全性和产品的加工质量。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明:
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型外圆磨床工作台往复运动装置,包括移动工作台1、电动机6、底座板2和带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘4,带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘4的下端与电动机6的转轴连接,带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘4的上端与连杆3的一端固定连接,连杆3的另一端与移动工作台1靠近带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘4的一端连接,移动工作台1与底座板2滑动连接。工件7固定于移动工作台上,底座板2的两端设置有限位开关5。移动工作台1与底座板2通过滑动轴承滑动连接。作为优选,移动工作台1与底座板2通过移动滑块滑动连接。
通过采用曲柄机构和电动机6驱动外圆磨床移动工作台1工作,使外圆磨床移动工作台1往复运动距离更长,通过采用电动机6驱动,同时还提高了移动工作台1的控制精确度。通过在底座板2的两端设置限位开关5,能使移动工作台1在规定的移动距离中运行,保障了加工人员的安全性和产品的加工质量。

1.一种外圆磨床工作台往复运动装置,包括移动工作台、电动机和底座板,其特征在于:所述往复运动装置还包括带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘,所述带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘的下端与所述电动机的转轴连接,所述带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘的上端与所述连杆的一端固定连接,所述连杆的另一端与所述移动工作台靠近带有凸轮的曲柄圆盘的一端连接,所述移动工作台与所述底座板滑动连接。
