本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种拖把，包括内杆，外杆以及拖布，外杆套设在内杆下部，外杆底部与内杆底部分别设置紧固件，拖布两端分别通过紧固件固定在内、外杆上。
外杆上部设置用于固定相对于内杆位置的紧固装置。
外杆与内杆之间螺纹旋转配合。

本实用新型拖把，包括外杆1，内杆 2，内杆与外杆底部分别设置紧固件，拖布 5的两端通过紧固件 4固定在内、外杆上，外杆上部设置用于固定相对于内杆位置的紧固装置。
本实用新型的使用方法如下：拖地时，调整好内外杆相对位置，拧动紧固装置，直到拧紧，然后拖地；拖完地，将紧固装置松开，用水正常清洗拖把；洗完后，外杆向上移动，直至拖布拉紧，不同方向拧动内外杆，直到拧干。这种拧干方式，非常省力。
