本实用新型涉及一种温室大棚保温墙体板,包括阻燃板、胶泥抗压保护层、抗拉层、防污隔离层,阻燃板两侧分别设有抗拉层和防污隔离层,阻燃板与抗拉层之间及抗拉层与防污隔离层之间均设有胶泥抗压保护层;所述的阻燃板为EPS聚苯板,可成平面或者曲面;所述的抗拉层由玻璃丝网格布构成;所述的防污隔离层主要由无纺布构成。本实用新型的优点是:耐腐蚀,抗老化,防水火,延长使用寿命,并且可拆装移动,重复使用。

本实用新型涉及一种温室墙体板,尤其涉及一种温室大棚保温墙体板。
背景技术
温室大棚利用采光吸热原理,结合保温的技术手段建造,可有效提高大棚内温度,从而使得种植作物时间提前或者延后,能够延长蔬菜等作物的供应期而得到了广泛的应用。目前,温室大棚的后墙主要采用保温草砖砌成,这种方式虽然造价低廉,但是存在一些不足,首先草砖不具备防火性,遇明火迅速燃烧;其次在湿度温度恰当时容易腐烂,影响温室大棚使用寿命。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种温室大棚保温墙体板,耐腐蚀,抗老化,防水火,可拆装移动,重复使用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种温室大棚保温墙体板,包括阻燃板、胶泥抗压保护层、抗拉层、防污隔离层,阻燃板两侧分别设有抗拉层和防污隔离层,阻燃板与抗拉层之间及抗拉层与防污隔离层之间均设有胶泥抗压保护层;所述的阻燃板可成平面、曲面;所述的阻燃板为EPS聚苯板;所述的抗拉层由玻璃丝网格布构成;所述的防污隔离层主要由无纺布构成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
提高耐腐蚀性,抗老化,防水火,延长使用寿命,并且可拆装移动,重复使用。

下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型进行详细地描述:
一种温室大棚保温墙体板,见图1,包括阻燃板1、胶泥抗压保护层一2、玻璃丝布抗拉层3、胶泥抗压保护层二4、无纺布防污隔离层5,阻燃板1两侧分别设有玻璃丝布抗拉层3和无纺布防污隔离层4,阻燃板1与玻璃丝布抗拉层3之间设有胶泥抗压保护层一2,玻璃丝布抗拉层3与无纺布防污隔离层5之间设有胶泥抗压保护层二4;所述的阻燃板1可为扇形、拱形;所述的阻燃板1为EPS聚苯板。
下面以实施例加以说明:
在长3.9m,宽1m,厚60mm的EPS阻燃板1通过具有抗压保护功能的胶泥将玻璃丝网格(玻璃丝布抗拉层3)粘在EPS阻燃板1上,再用具有抗压保护功能的胶泥把无纺布粘在玻璃丝网格上作为防污隔离层5,阻燃板可为平面,或者带弧度的扇形、拱形、波浪形。墙体厚度可根据使用地区来定制。
本实用新型耐腐蚀,抗老化,防水火,延长使用寿命,并且可拆装移动,重复使用。

1.一种温室大棚保温墙体板,包括阻燃板、胶泥抗压保护层、抗拉层、防污隔离层,阻燃板两侧分别设有抗拉层和防污隔离层,阻燃板与抗拉层之间及抗拉层与防污隔离层之间均设有胶泥抗压保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温室大棚保温墙体板,其特征在于,所述的阻燃板为平面或者曲面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种温室大棚保温墙体板,其特征在于,所述的阻燃板为EPS聚苯板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种温室大棚保温墙体板,其特征在于,所述的抗拉层由玻璃丝网格布构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种温室大棚保温墙体板,其特征在于,所述的防污隔离层主要由无纺布构成。
