Abstract
一种电缆终端一体式尾管，包括安装底板、尾管以及焊接在尾管上的接地耳片，尾管套于安装底板孔内，双层焊接密封，尾管一端开有若干条状缺口，所述条状缺口处壁厚约为尾管壁厚的1/3~1/2，节约了制作成本，极大的提高了电缆终端防水密封性，延长了电缆终端的使用寿命。

背景技术
[0002] 电缆终端尾管，用于高压电缆附件500kV及以下各电压等级含绝缘填充剂的户内外終端，包括瓷套户内外終端、复合套管户内外終端）等，目前市场常见的安装底板和尾管是分离式的，尾管上焊有法兰和接地耳，通过螺栓将尾管紧固在底板上，其中还配有密封圈等。其缺陷主要有如下几点：首先是法兰、密封圏、螺栓等，需要的成本大；其ニ，人工安装密封圈，不但配以辅助材料，更需要浪费保贵的人力成本；其三是密封圈的防水密封效果远 远达不到双层焊接的水平，使用寿命也难以达到电缆终端要求的30年，有待改进。
