本实用新型涉及剥线器领域,具体涉及一种剥线器刀片。
背景技术
在输电导线架设与安装时,常常需要用到具有剥线功能的剥线器,用于剥离铜导线。现有技术中包含电动剥线器、手动剥线器,现有的剥线器的刀片单元通常大小一致、刀片单元的开口方向也一致,使得只能用于剥离一定直径大小的导线、并且导线的穿过方向也一定,应用范围不够广,操作不够简便。本实用新型将提供一种新型的剥线器刀片,该刀片端部的刀片单元具有不同方向的开口,刀片单元的大小不同,可同时用于不同直径大小的的导线的剥离。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种可同时用于不同直径大小的的导线的剥离、导线的穿过方向较为灵活、剥离效果好的剥线器刀片。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种剥线器刀片,其特征是:所述的刀片由若干并排的齿状刀片单元构成,刀片两端的刀片单元设有圆弧形刀刃,刀片中部的刀片单元设有相互连结的刀刃和锯齿下摆。

刀片单元3的大小不同,可同时用于不同直径大小的的导线的剥离;刀片端部的刀片单元3具有不同方向的开口,导线的穿过方向更为灵活;刀片单元3的锯齿下摆2提高了对导线的夹持效果,再配合圆弧形刀刃/梯形刀刃,使剥线效果更好。
