中性笔和涂卡笔是最常用的考试用笔，但传统的中性笔和涂卡笔是各自独立的两种笔，因此在储放和携带时不方便，经常会发生找到一种笔而找不到另一种笔的现象，因此不能满足学生们的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统中性笔的不足，提供一种具有书写和涂卡功能的多用中性笔。
为实现上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种多用中性笔，包括笔身和中性笔笔芯，笔身圆管状，在笔身内部设有一个隔板，在隔板的一侧笔身内安装中性笔笔芯，在隔板的另一侧笔身内安装涂卡铅笔笔芯，涂卡铅笔笔芯的前端设有一个伸缩笔头，伸缩笔头旋接在笔身内。
采用上述技术方案后本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本多用中性笔不但设有中性笔笔芯，而且还设有涂卡铅笔笔芯，因此把中性笔和涂卡笔整合在了一起，增加了中性笔的功能，使用和携带方便，避免了两种笔分开易丢失的弊端。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示：一种多用中性笔，包括笔身1和中性笔笔芯2，笔身1圆管状，在笔身1内部设有一个隔板3，在隔板3的一侧笔身内安装中性笔笔芯2，在隔板3的另一侧笔身内安装涂卡铅笔笔芯4，涂卡铅笔笔芯4的前端设有一个伸缩笔头5，伸缩笔头5旋接在笔身1内。
在使用本多用中性笔的过程中，如果要涂卡，则倒转中性笔并取下笔盖后即可用涂卡铅笔笔芯4进行涂卡，当随着不断使用而涂卡铅笔笔芯4变短时，可以把伸缩笔头5向笔身1内旋转直到涂卡铅笔笔芯4露出足够长度为止。
