背景技术
真空绝热板（VIP板）是真空保温材料中的一种，是由填充芯材与真空保护表层复合而成，它有效地避免空气对流引起的热传递，因此导热系数可大幅度降低，小于0.003w/m.k，并且不含有任何ODS材料，具有环保和高效节能的特性，是目前世界上最先进的高效保温材料。真空绝热板是一种超绝热的保温材料，应用范围比较广泛，可用于保温绝热，如冰箱、冷库、冷藏集装箱、医用保温、建筑墙体保温等领域。真空绝热板采用真空绝热原理，即在较低的空气压力下，材料的导热系数会变的很小，另外，选择较为理想芯层绝热材料，可以达到较为理想的绝热效果。
真空绝热板制作过程是：首先将芯材倒入一定尺寸的模具，压力成型，然后将压好的模块装入预先制作的复合袋，抽真空，封口，产品即完成。这种方法与传统的直接将芯材装入复合袋抽真空的生产方法相比有诸多优点，能一次成型结果较复杂的产品，产品表面也较平整美观等，但是，模压成型的生产效率较低，无法实现大规模、大批量的生产。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种便于实现专业化和自动化生产的滚压成型的真空绝热板成型装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种滚压成型的真空绝热板成型装置，包括支架，通过固定轴与支架固定连接的下压辊，设于下压辊上方的上压辊，其中下压辊通过链轮传动与驱动装置连接，其特征在于：所述支架上开有槽孔，槽孔的上方设有与支架固定的耳块，耳块上穿有丝杆，所述上压辊的固定轴穿过槽孔与丝杆的下端固接。
所述槽孔的位置位于下压辊与支架连接处的上方。
所述丝杆的上端装有手旋盘。
通过手旋盘调节丝杆上下，调节上压辊与下压辊之间的距离至适当尺寸，将粉体芯材装入上下两层无纺布直接，放入上压辊与下压辊之间滚压成型，若一次成型效果不好可分级多次滚压使芯材整体成型，切割成块状后再装入复合袋中抽真空。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，易操作，可分级多次滚压，生产效率高，加快了生产节奏，便于实现大规模、大批量的生产，便于实现专业化和自动化生产，降低了成本。

如图1所示，一种滚压成型的真空绝热板成型装置，包括支架1，通过固定轴与支架1固定连接的下压辊3，设于下压辊3上方的上压辊4，其中下压辊3通过链轮传动与驱动装置2连接，支架1上开有槽孔5，槽孔5的上方设有与支架1固定的耳块7，耳块7上穿有丝杆6，上压辊4的固定轴穿过槽孔5与丝杆6的下端固接，槽孔5的位置位于下压辊3与支架1连接处的上方，丝杆6的上端装有手旋盘8。
通过手旋盘8调节丝杆6上下，调节上压辊4与下压辊3之间的距离至适当尺寸，将粉体芯材装入上下两层无纺布直接，放入上压辊4与下压辊3之间滚压成型，若一次成型效果不好可分级多次滚压使芯材整体成型，切割成块状后再装入复合袋中抽真空。
