背景技术
现有电机铁芯片有一种是圆环形状,圆环边缘设有多个条形孔。电机铁芯多是通过冲床冲压成型的,冲压之后由人工从模具上取下。这样在冲床模具上下取料的操作方式,对操作人员来是不够安全的。因此设计了一种自动下料装置,自动下料装置,可实现自动化下料,但不能将接的物料收集起来,收集物料还是通过人工收集,费时费力。 
实用新型内容 
本实用新型的目的是提供一种冲压电机铁芯片自动收料架,解决了物料从下滑通道上滑不便收集的问题,设计简单,结构合理,不需人工收集看护,收料整齐方便。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
一种冲压电机铁芯片自动收料架,包括冲床固定架,所述的固定架上端固装有物料下滑通道,下滑通道下端设有收料架,收料架成“梯形”,收料架两侧固定板相对倾斜,上端设有导向块。 
所述的导向块一端通过固定销固定于收料架上,另一端下面设有弹簧。

本实用新型设计将下滑通道下端设收料架,收料架成梯形,便于物料叠加放置,收料架上端还设有导向块,便于下滑板将物料准确放置于收料架上,不需人工收集看护,节约人力,提高生产效率。
