本实用新型涉及一种用于模具固定的定位夹具。
背景技术
    模具进行冲裁过程中，需要进行固定安装，普通的模具通常是采用配套定位夹具与机架固定安装，一种模具只能配合一套定位夹具，不能适于多种模具的使用，造成了生产成本很高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于模具固定的定位夹具，通过螺栓将模具固定于下模块上，拆卸方便快捷，同时可以调整螺栓的位置，保持模具合理的位置，大大提高了装配效率。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种用于模具固定的定位夹具，包括有底板，底板上固定安装有调整垫板，调整垫板上固定安装有下模块，下模块上开有T形卡槽，T形卡槽内卡装有螺栓，螺栓的端部螺合有与T形卡槽相匹配的T形螺母，模具与下模块之间通过螺栓固定联接。
    所述的下模块的两侧分别开有T形卡槽。
本实用新型通过螺栓将模具固定于下模块上，拆卸方便快捷，同时可以调整螺栓的位置，保持模具合理的位置，大大提高了装配效率。

1.一种用于模具固定的定位夹具，包括有底板，其特征在于：底板上固定安装有调整垫板，调整垫板上固定安装有下模块，下模块上开有T形卡槽，T形卡槽内卡装有螺栓，螺栓的端部螺合有与T形卡槽相匹配的T形螺母，模具与下模块之间通过螺栓固定联接。
